- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices reflect our skillset, experience and the service you'd receive while using our company. We typically like to provide the paint and supplies so we know that if something doesn't look or work correctly, it wasn't a problem with the things you provided, but it was something on our end and we need to take action to resolve it. Our goal is to make the areas we're working on look as good and last as long as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we come out to provide you with a free, written estimate. On this site specifically, we are trying to play a numbers game and hope our average margin on jobs is sustainable. We understand that some jobs we will win on, and some jobs we may not win on, but nevertheless, you'll experience the best of what we have to offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Richard has been painting for over 20 years. Many of our employees have over 10 years of experience. We have grown our Salisbury location over the last ten years to the point where we feel confident in opening this location in Mooresville. We have been voted the best painting service in Rowan County for the years 2016 & 2017, so our customers can vouch for us when it comes to overall value provided.
