Introduction: I have lost over 150 lbs. to get to where I am today. Fitness and strength are a way of life that anyone can learn with the right teacher. Fitness and strength training are my passions. I can help you bulk up (took one client's bench press from 90lbs. to 200lbs. in 2 months) or slim down or somewhere in between within 6-12 weeks. I can help you with the following: -Strength -Cardio -Fitness -Flexibility -Shaping your physical appearance I have a solid understanding of how the human body works and am convinced strength and fitness training can fix many, many health ailments. I promise to work as hard as you to help you meet your goals. Don't expect fun...expect results! I am willing to accommodate any budget (within reason) and my hours are flexible.
