Sta-Dry Roofing & Restorations is now our go-to for anything we may need done to our home. Here's why: Brooks and Patrick project an air of confidence, courtesy, knowledge and integrity. Then they back it up with their work! We needed a new roof on our 2000 foot + home due to storm damage. They took care of everything. Everything. We didn't even talk to our homeowners insurance company. They took care of it all. To our complete satisfaction. They came on time and the job was done in a day! The clean up? Never have seen anything like it. We checked all around the house. You'd never know an old roof was removed and a new one installed. Not one nail or piece of shingle. Impressive! Needless to say, we highly recommend Sta-Dry Roofing & Restorations.

We hired Sta Dry Roofing & Restorations to replace our roof and vinyl siding. This is the worst contractor company I have ever dealt with. They have horrible communication and customer service. They rescheduled on me twice before finally coming out to do the work, which wouldn't have been a big deal had they contacted me to tell me they needed to reschedule instead of making me chase them down to verify whether they were coming or not. It took them 5 days to do a 2-3 day job, then they left a pile of trash and a trailer in my yard for two weeks before retrieving it! They over charged me for the work they did. They told me they would price everything as the insurance company laid out in the invoice to our claim. They did exactly that, but did not do part of the job that we told them we would do ourselves, but still charged us like they did! There was nothing I could do to change that seeing as how my husband signed a contract agreeing to the amount even though he was reassured by Brooks that it would not equal that amount since they weren't doing any inside work like insurance gave us money for, they just had to word it like that because they had to send a copy of the contract to insurance. They gave us the option to replace the shutters since they had to take them down to do the vinyl siding and we agreed. It has been over a month and we still have not seen those shutters. They keep blaming it on Lowe's that they haven't come in yet and I know it should not take a MONTH to order shutters in. I have called and texted and they keep saying they'll check with Lowe's and I never hear anything back from them until I initiate it. Horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!!!! The siding and roof looks good, but it in no way makes up for what we have gone through dealing with this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

We appreciate feedback from all our customers, positive and negative. It helps us be a better company. In this case an explanation is needed to tell the other side of the events of this job. Lauren has a right to be upset that it took longer than expected to complete both phases of the job. We have no control over the weather, and during that time it rained us out and we needed to reschedule the roof and the siding, and we did notify the homeowner prior. The original start date was May 3rd, and we finished both phases of the job, except the shudders on May 16th. With the shutters there was a mix up, when they finally came in after two weeks they were not what we ordered so they had to be re-ordered and that took almost 4 weeks to straighten out, and they were installed. I should mention that we offered to install the new shutters free of charge when we saw what kind of condition the old ones were in. The insurance claim did not pay for this, we did it to make it a better job. Lauren’s claim that we overcharged her and charged her for work they were going to do themselves is not true. The fact is: Her insurance claim had a $1,000 deductible; the amount her insurance claim allowed for repainting the interior was about $1,000. We offered to waive the $1,000. Deductible if they wanted to do the painting themselves, she and Caleb agreed. Painting the interior was not our responsibility at that point, and they did not have to pay the $1,000 deductible. Everybody’s happy. We go out of our way to look after our customer’s best interest, and in Lauren’s case here is a typical example. Her insurance claim allowed for the roof and siding to be replaced on her house. However, they did not allow enough money to replace all four side of the house, only three. The skylights needed to be replaced and were not included either. We contacted her insurance company on her behalf and submitted a supplemental claim for these items and they sent her an additional $2,000. That’s customer service. So in closing, we did get a compliment on the roof and siding job, an we’ll take that all day long. Lauren and Caleb had their roof, siding and skylights replaced with zero out of pocket money. As we did through out this project, we apologize for the delays, some things cannot be helped, and having completed hundreds of these jobs every now and then we hit a snag. Patrick

I can't express how happy I am with Sta Dry Roofing and their employees. I had storm damage from the last hurricane in September. The staff stayed on top of the job, gave me options I was not aware of and helped me make good decisions that will last me a life time. Their employees were very polite, didn't bother them I was over their shoulder watching. They cleaned up everything when they finished the job. They brought a trailer and left it to put all trash in. Picked up all the nails with a rolling magnet. (Very impressed) They even vacuumed the carpet in the rooms where work was completed. If their staff couldn't answer my questions they either called Patrick or Brooks. Patrick and Brooks kept constant contact with me, texting, phone calls any time I called, they responded promptly. I would recommend them to do any work on my home. I went from a shingle roof top to a metal. I had damage in almost all my rooms in the ceilings and everything was fixed, even to replacing a light fixture. They went beyond what was expected. So grateful for them. They worked with my insurance company to make sure everything was paid.
