Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: Hello everyone! My name is Natalie and am a Winston-Salem native. My favorite part is feeling that stress melt away after a day of organization is complete. It could be a purge of unwanted items, finally framing and hanging those old photos, making the most use of your new home space or preparing for your guest's arrival. Maxine and Martha are my Grandmother's names. The nod to my family keeps me grounded and empowered at the same time. My skillset includes spacial planning and design for both home and small business, decluttering, donations and intentional organization with personalized efficient day to day systems. A quick consultation via home or phone and together we develop a scope catered to your needs. I look forward to working with you!

Natalie coordinated events and organized my rental house while I had to be out of town. Everything was great and I couldn’t have gotten the place up and running without her!

I am very happy with our closet. Natalie was an excellent designer with great customer service. She listened to all of my ideas, and incorporated them in the design while trying to save $ on things that weren't necessary. Delivery and installation were flawless. I am EXTREMELY happy with the closet. I would recommend her to friends and family without hesitation. I will seek her services in the future as well.

Maxine and Martha came highly recommended to me by a friend. Natalie was so much more than professional. She was engaging, and kind and I never once felt judged for my more than embarrassing mess. My space was more than organized and was improved by taking care of everyday workflow issues. I hired her to help with my kitchen cabinets. All of my drawers and cabinets were cleaned, wiped down, and now my kitchen is more functional and easier to keep clean. Natalie was so thoughtful and asked questions about lifestyles/what's the day to day like/what's the night like and made suggestions suitable for me and my husband. She was patient with me when it came to letting go of things I hadn't used in over a year, having an impartial eye is exactly what I needed. After using my kitchen for a bit I hired her for a second time to help with my laundry room. She removed and installed the shelving unit and hung some other things for me. She had all of her own tools and everything was measured out. Some people think hiring an organizer seems extravagant, but this was money well spent! Natalie did more than organize my things. She brought me peace to my space and my head - space. I already have her booked to come back and do my closets!!

Nice lady. Her initial consultation visit was wonderful. Seemed to have a solid plan for getting the clutter in my 6-member household (with young, exuberant kids) under control. She also seems busy, so communication can be delayed. However, several problems arose. She asked to email me the following morning to allow her time to check her calendar; she'd then would be able to confirm an additional appointment I wished to make down the road. I didn't hear back regarding this at all. I took the initiative and emailed to confirm our first work appointment the morning of when I didn't hear anything from her. She tried to reschedule that morning AFTER hearing from me instead of communicating the purported conflict when she first learned of it. In addition, it was made abundantly clear in our previous communications that the specific time slot was all I had available during weekdays to meet; so, any time change would have been impossible that day. I offered to reschedule for another day and had to remind her twice of the time crunch in back-to-back emails. I had any day/time available during weekends; this was an option she didn't wish to explore. Instead of rescheduling, she dissolved the contract, citing my limited available time during weekdays and the negotiated rate that SHE agreed to. If the negotiated rate were so problematic, a professional would not have agreed to it in the first place. I won't tell anyone not to do business with Nataile. Simply be aware that negotiating rates and appointments with her is problematic: if a more lucrative contract is in the works, yours will get dropped like mine did.
