Professional, courteous, economical and tidy. Repaired water damaged siding and caulked windows. Replaced and painted new siding. I would definitely hire again.
Nate came the very next day after we called. He was extremely professional and even took a picture of a problem with the caulking around an exhaust pipe on our roof which he offered to fix . My husband and I took him up on that since we are not too young anymore. We definitely we’ll have him clean out the gutters next year and may also have him do another job for us since he does cement work too plus other facets of construction.
Justen did a good job. He actually got on my roof and used a leaf blower to clear my gutters. He also ran water through the spouts. I'm going to hire him again. I recommend him to you as he was less money than other quotes and on time.
Juan did a nice job with our cabinets and island. He sprayed a tinted stain on the island and it looks fantastic. He even was able to start the job sooner then our original start date.
Hired Daniel R & C to re-tile my bathroom shower and his team did a great job! It was completed in a timely manner and looks great. There was one minor issue with the grouting and also leftover residue over my bathroom floor. Daniel was happy to send someone back out the next day to clean up better and fix the grout issue without any hesitation. I will for sure be using him again!
Kevin contacted me quickly with a fair quote. I had a difficult job as I improperly stained my deck previously. Kevin worked diligently to remove the old solid stain, prep and sand the surface and apply new stain. He even went out of his way to fix a few loose boards. I recommend Kevin and his family.
Initially we had Kurt repair/grout some bathroom tiles but soon we added more to his to-do list. We are getting ready to sell our house and Kurt ended up helping us with a number of things including installing a new shower door and showerhead, patching and painting minor wall and wood trim nicks and hanging a new door. He was always on time, had the right equipment and took pride in his work. Our house is over 60 years old and he was good with that. He had creative solutions to our problems and helped us make repair decisions. We felt lucky to find him and would definitely hire him again.
Roy and the gentlemen he works with, Sean and Tyler, are great people to work with first and foremost. They are extremely professional, perfectionists and their work shows their integrity. They listen, make great suggestions and are willing to go the extra mile. We were building our home were working with a few unruly contractors that weren't living up to what they promised and were falling way behind. One night we Googled contractors and ran across Thumbtack and Royal Home Renovations. We reached out to Roy who came out the next day to look at our project. I had estimates within days and he and his crew started on our home almost immediately knowing the timeline we were under. They had a full workload but again, they made sure that we were treated like a priority. He also has a great network with other contractors which shows his work ethic and personality. Here is the list of work they accomplished on our home: Trim, Molding and Baseboard Hung Doors, Door Fixtures Including A Sliding Barn Door and Pocket Doors Acacia Wood Floor Brazilian Matte Porcelain Floor Carpet Marble and Concrete Zero Entry Shower Closet Shelving Bathroom Mirrors Stacked Stone Around Kitchen Island Shiplap On Fireplace Wall Tile Backsplash In Kitchen Custom Backsplash In Wet Bar 3D Marble Accent Wall Exterior Siding Epoxy Garage Floor I have attached a few pictures of the work that was done on our home by Royal Home Renovations. I was limited to the amount of pictures I could attach, wish I could add more pictures of their work. Roy, Sean and Tyler definitely came to our rescue and we will be forever grateful.
This review will probably be too long, so let me sum it up: if you are looking for quality exterior painting in the Omaha area using old school technique (brush/roll and NO sprayer) for an affordable rate, the search is over, Todd Studer of Pro-Edge Painting is the man for the job. Period. I had 16 different people/companies out to give estimates for painting my tri-level home, and I am not exaggerating. It proved difficult to find someone who would not use a sprayer. I did not have the time to do the job myself, and I especially had no desire to paint the "elevated" areas. So I wanted to find someone who would do the job the same way I would do it, with brushes and rollers. Furthermore, I will not hire someone that I do not fully trust because I can't always be around to supervise. These two main requirements are what caused my search to be so extensive. When I first started communicating with Todd (I found him through an app called Thumbtack), he was prompt, courteous, and very professional with his responses in both text/email and on the phone. He stood out in that regard. He always showed up on time, something I value a lot because it's becoming increasingly uncommon lately with people who "work for themselves". The quote from Pro-Edge was not the lowest, but it was still less than half of the highest. Among the 15 others, Todd stood out to me as the best bang for the buck considering his methods for prep work/painting as well as the commitment to using a high quality durable product from Sherwin-Williams. Money aside, I had good vibes. I did not have to pay anything until the prep work was complete, at which point he required me to pay 1/3 of the overall estimate. He assured me that I would not pay him another dime until I was completely satisfied. Now that's what I want to hear! Todd had two super friendly helpers named Shawn and Ashley that did a significant amount of the work. There were times where Todd was out giving estimates and/or working another job site, which is not exactly what I expected or hoped for, but thankfully they were competent and trustworthy. This is probably the only thing I could nitpick about, simply because I got a "one job at a time" feel from him during his initial trip out to give an estimate; it's not like he reneged on a promise to be there every minute of the job. It was 6-8 weeks from the time Todd gave me a quote to when I accepted it, and he never pressured me. He started soon after that. Prep work began on 7/8 and the job was completed on 7/29 with some intermittent weather delays (heat and rain). They did not do any work over the weekends. I was pleased with the amount of time it took. Of course I realize it could've been done much quicker but that honestly would've made me feel like they rushed it. There were several issues that sprung up throughout the job, such as discovery of rotten wood in front fascia and siding on the north side of house. Todd did not feel comfortable making repairs as extensive as this, so he recommended that I consult with a carpenter for a long-term fix. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach to delivering bad news, and when giving guidance he took into consideration my plans to live in this home a long time. There were also some weathered areas of the house where the paint did not cover as well as he had hoped, so he ended up having to put two coats on. That was not part of the estimate, but Todd refused to charge me a penny more than what he originally quoted. He did not even consult with me on that decision. He didn't ask "Does this look alright or do you think should we put another coat on?" He knew it could be better even if I was unable to notice. I have to say I was astonished with how well he handled unfavorable scenarios. He was unflappable. I think I could've dumped a gallon of paint over his head and he would laugh it off. When the job was completed, I found a couple things that they missed. They promptly returned to correct them. Todd assured me that I don't just get a "one and done" chance to bring up any issues I discover. If I find something down the road, just give him a call. He not only does a great job, but he stands by his work. If I need any painting done in the future, interior or exterior, I will be calling Pro-Edge.
Great experience. He showed up on time, was very professional and fixed my siding. Well worth the money!
This is a letter of recommendation concerning R & A Construction ran by Ralph Morse. He has worked for Doctor Severa and Severa Rentals for over 10 years. In all that time his workmanship has been outstanding and done in a timely manner. Additionally, All our tenants call in to say how pleased they are with the results. We are currently waiting for spring to re-hire him to do some siding projects for us as well.
Rooforia did an entire exterior re-design for us and the results are outstanding. The provided the concept, sample boards and executed all of the installation. This included a high end roof, siding, gutters, fascia, shutters, corbels and a custom copper awning they crafter themselves. All of the things required extreme attention to detail and coordination to complete the project. I don't think many other companies have the capabilities they do when it comes to design and thinking outside of the box not to mention the workers were respectful and hardworking. We are positive if you hire them you won't be disappointed in getting the most bang for your buck.
Came right and fixed my loose siding
Communication throughout the process was good, the price was fair and the work performed was timely and professionally executed. An overall great experience with a company I will reuse and recommend to others.
I had E3 solutions put in windows siding and gutters for me and they did an excellent job! Got everything done in a timely manner and looks wonderful! I would recommend them to anyone!!
We had a wonderful experience with Home Science Solutions. We originally wanted a quote for a small repair project, but ended up needing some fairly significant siding and structural repairs following the hail storm this spring. Larry actually found additional repairs, which were not originally noticed by two different insurance adjusters. He filed an addendum to our original claim and met with the insurance company to pursue payment for the additional repairs. Between Larry and his contractors, our siding was repaired and the entire house was repainted in 3-4 days time. Customer service was exceptional - he quickly responded to any inquiries. I felt that this company followed things through from A to Z. My husband and I were thrilled with the ease and outcome of the whole process.
I have worked with Abbott's for a few years now for some odds and ends around my house and I have always been greatly impressed. One of the owners Cody was always here while we had a project going on. He is not the type of owner that just stands around, but instead he is on the roof, helping to lay shingles, or helping with the siding. When it came type for clean up, he and his crew made sure it was done to perfectly. I was worried that one of my young kids would step on a nail and he personally walked around to make sure there were none left behind with a magnet. He understood my worry because he had mentioned he has 2 small kids, one 2 and one 1. He wanted to make sure my yard was a safe place that his own children could play, and that meant the world to me. If you are looking for a new roof, siding, gutters, or anything that has to do with the outside of your house, save your money and time and just give Abbott's a call. I have recommended them to all my friends and family and they are they ones that I trust.
We had Pitched Perfection do our roof and siding. They were awesome to work with, very professional. We are very satisfied with the work performed and overall experience. I would recommend Pitched Perfection to anyone that needs roofing, siding, or gutters. We will use them again in the future!
My siding was finished on time and in better condition then it's original
We are putting up our house for sale and wanted to get it painted a neutral color. I got wonderful insights on what would be a good compromise between using a safe /quality paint (I have a 2 month old) but not go totally overboard with the cost. Both Billie and his painter Andrew were a pleasure to work with. They got the job done well and fast in midst of our chaotic household. I can't thank them enough for not only the work that they did but for being patient with my older one following them around! I'm going to have them come back and paint the garage doors when the weather improves. I would highly recommend them.
Gary did a great job on replacing wood on my shed. He did it in a very timely manner and with a reasonable rate. I am very pleased with what he did and I would surely look be to calling him in the future for other projects I may have. Thanks again, Gary. Jeanie from Council Bluffs
