- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the project at hand and how long the project may take as well as the clients budget. I schedule a in home consultation at no cost to determine an estimate. I do offer discounts for large projects and offer a discount to all of my repeat clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do a phone consultation first to get to know my clients better and get details about the project at hand. At that time I answer any questions they may have and then we would schedule an in home consult.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always had a talent for organizing, motivating others and redesigning others homes. I do have over fifteen years experience in residential cleaning working with clients in their homes. I am a people person, I enjoy helping others.
