Wedding Officiant
We contacted Robin on such a short notice as we have been hesitant to proceed with the wedding amid the pandemic. Robin was quick to respond. She took time , listened to our story , valued our faith and incorporated all of in the vows. Her work quality, professionalism, value , responsiveness & punctuality made our wedding ceremony memorable. 12/12/2020, one of the best days in our life ♥.

Wedding Officiant
We were in a time crunch for finding an officiant for our wedding. I found her on this app on 01/10/21 and reached out. On 01/12/21 we talked briefly on the phone and then scheduled a phone interview on 01/22/21 to talk further and give her an idea of we wanted to do for our vows and ceremony. We were never contacted for the interview. It was very disappointing and inconvenient, we felt comfortable with hiring her and she never followed through. Some notice of cancellation would have been nice considering we basically wasted a week and a half waiting to speak with her when we could’ve been looking elsewhere.
Feb 12, 2021VerifiedInside Vows's replyLea, I’m so sorry for the misunderstanding. I did look at my records and I did leave a message and didn’t hear back from you. I think it’s a shame I didn’t hear anything from you until this review. Nevertheless I wish you all the best on your special day.

FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I know the price of anything is what everyone is drawn to, but really what we should be drawn to is value. What good does it do to have the lowest, or highest price for that matter, if you don't feel like your needs, your time and your goals are valued. After we talk the first time, I prefer to put a plan together and at that time I offer expectations along with discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We live in a world where most of our business is done remotely so I like to work with people on zoom or a like-minded platform so we can see one another while we talk. The first meeting is designed to get to know each other and ensure we are a good fit. Then we start designing and creating a personal path that will benefit you, your life and your future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My first indicator that I was designed to be a coach and mediator came from other people, not the other way around. Sometimes your purpose finds you in other words. Informally people came to me and a career blossomed from there. Currently, I have a new book out entitled "Miss To Bitch To MA'AM" that tells the stories of extraordinary women that with some assistance from me, have been inspired and empowered to face fear, rejection, pain, loss, abuse, sexism, ageism, confusion and uncertainty to create their best lives. I have a podcast, my own practice and speak publicly and hold workshops.
