I meet Ismini about a year an half ago. I was referred to her through a colleague and did not have high hopes when I went for my initial consult. Her seasoned knowledge in muscle conditioning, core workouts, agility & strength training have greatly helped condition me for my Spartan Races. She is always prepared & makes it a point to clearly show you how to correctly perform each exercise.
