My kids have been taking music lessons from Beverly Manning for over a year. My son takes violin lesson, and my daughter takes violin and also cello lessons. My daughter was thinking of quitting violin before she started working with Mrs. Manning. Now, she loves the violin again and even started playing cello! she practices all day and wants to be a music teacher. Mrs. Manning is very good and patient with the kids as well as being an exceptional musician. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting string lessons.

I am not your conventional student. I had taken lessons when I was a kid and that was over twenty years ago. When I had decided to take up the violin again, it was with hesitation. I thought that it would be difficult to find a teacher that would be compassionate enough to take me on. Now, after almost two years with Beverly Manning, I have become a better musician. My sight reading has improved and so has my speed. Beverly has a degree in performance and we often discuss the nuances of famous composers as well as the dynamics and fundamentals of music. If you have ever considered learning a string instrument I highly recommend Beverly Manning
