- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ask questions of the client to get an understanding of his/her previous experiences in language learning. Listen to the needs and goals of the student. Develop an individualized learning plan. Communicate with the student to review and revise the plan. Once the plan is agreed upon, set a time for the first class session.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a bilingual public school teacher for many years (majority with native Spanish speaking students) have developed and taught adult ESL to Spanish speaking adults, and have served as a tutor to foreign students in college.
