- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our services include: – Free home consultation, which usually takes about 3O minutes. We walk through the space and discuss your goals and needs. – Time spent designing + planning custom solutions for your space – Researching + shopping for recommended organizing products, staying within your desired budget – Hauling off donation items or arranging for pick-up of larger items for donation – Contact with me throughout the project through email + phone – 100% confidentiality + respect for your home and family
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Book a consult. This is our time to get to know you and your space. During your free home consultation, we will walk through your area, talk about your goals and needs and discuss solutions. Consultations are required before booking an organizing session. 2. Receive an estimate We describe step by step the organizing process by space and estimated time to complete the project. Hourly rates vary by project scope. 3. Schedule your service. If booking multiple spaces, we’ll start with your highest priority and go from there! Once we’re aligned with your expectations and needs, you will receive a project plan and a shopping list of organizing products that will work well in your space(s) 4. Transform your space. We will take the custom plan for your space and put it into action! We will have some questions for you during the edit time, but other than that is time for you to relax while we freshen up every space!
