I personally have dealt with chronic back pain/sciatica as well as chronic lyme disease so it has become important to me to help people who are suffering similarly. I teach a variety of yoga from Vinyasa flow to yin and restorative. When working with a client I like to learn their background and injury history so that I can tailor a class to their body. In a series I like to start with restorative/yin classes to restore the fascia before moving into any strength building poses. Creating the foundation before building upon it is very important.
