I own property in the Park Slope Area in Brooklyn New York. I have been with John Hoelzle Property Manager from Real Property Management Innovation since January 1, 2016. I have found John Hoelzle, very professional and knowledgeable. He will go the extra mile to solve an issue. There was a problem with the resident bathroom toilet. John handle the situation and kept me informed until the problem was resolved. If I have any issues of concern I can always contact him by email or call. Every month I get an invoice of the collection of rents and any repairs that was done during the month. I look forward to a long term working with relation with John Hoelzle and his company.
