I had anterior and posterior cervical surgery two years ago and unfortunately I continued to have spasticity and balance issues.I was going to Physical Therapy regularly and not making a lot of progress. Nadia was recommended to me and she started to work with me twice a week doing yoga and exercising in the pool.I am gaining strength in my legs and my balance has improved.Nadia is so positive and encouraging and I am so happy that she is working with me.
I cant say enough positive things about Judy! I trained with her for many months before my wedding and could not have asked for a sweeter, knowledgable, encouraging and patient trainer. She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I was very happy with the results of our twice weekly sessions and felt stronger, trimmer and more confident for my wedding. Just the greatest!

I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.

I have done private yoga sessions with Erica Straub, and love them. I've always been active and an athlete (and recently done a lot of dance). I find it hard to find teachers that impress me for any activity -- not intentional, but I am a tough critic. That said, Erica is amazing. My yoga sessions with her were some of my favorites ever. I loved her focus on the hips (even more so than other yoga classes), the athleticism required throughout, and her approach. (Not to mention, good music selection too!). She started with poses that weren't traditional lead-ins for a yoga session, and it helped open my body up literally and figuratively. Each time I did a session with her, I felt 100% better than when I started and had lasting benefits on my flexible, strength and state of mind. I highly recommend her!
Olga’s yoga classes leaving me feeling refreshed and calm. She is great with both beginners and more advanced students. In each pose she offers options to go further and deeper. Her classes are not for those who are competitive and want to push themselves beyond their limits. Everyone else will love Olga’s classes. Do yourself a favor and give it a try, even if you’ve never tried yoga before.
I started practicing yoga with Stephanie when I first became pregnant. Her class has done wonders for my ever changing body. After only a few months of working with Stephanie, my body feels stronger, more capable and holds less tension. She creates a very welcoming environment and really takes the time to explain the proper positioning of the body in each position.
Kelly did a wonderful job teaching yoga to our young students at the arts center. We invited her back next week and would love to have her work with us regularly.
Maria is a spectacular yoga instructor. She was able to transform my yoga practice from beginner/clunky to fluid and strong while adding new poses to master along the way. Because of her patience and guidance I am able to do two different head stands and crow, all of which were impossible to me before! She is always very patient, pleasant, and happy and makes everyone in her class feel attended to. I had my mom join me in Marias classes and, at the time, she had an injury. Maria taught my mom many modifications that worked around her knee and that she could use as it healed. I would recommend Maria to anyone looking to practice yoga!

I am an iron man triathlete and marathon runner and have been practicing yoga with Molly for over a 2 years. Not only is she an amazing communicator but her range in practice is unreal. She is always able to adjust the days practice to how my body is feeling. If I am sore in a certain area she is able to revolve the practice around or away from that area. Her range goes from deep stretch to advance movements. She is able to give little tips that translate into a better understanding on how to hold a certain posture. Furthermore, she is professional and always quick to respond to messages. I highly suggest Molly whether in a private or group session.
Danny is incredibly knowledgable about the physical postures as well as philosophy of yoga. He created a safe space for me to practice, release, be myself, and breathe.
Taylor is the best! I've been doing yoga for years and have had many different teachers but I really connected with Taylor's style. Rooted in a deep holistic knowledge of the body, Taylor's classes are well designed to address specific points of pain or injury. She also does a wonderful job at making you feel at home, without judgement or pressure. Just the right amount of movement, stretch and rest.

I am a fellow yoga teacher of Casey's and I am always blown away by her classes! So knowledgeable in the yoga while also being very encouraging and compassionate. She has a true love for her students and it shows when she teaches. She creates an affinity with her students where you can't help but to love her! Anytime I get the chance, I'm in her class!! Truly, one of my favorite yoga teachers!
My personal yoga session with Hope was exactly what I wanted and needed. She was very responsive to my requests for preferred pace, offering wonderful adjustments in each pose. I was left feeling perfectly stretched, challenged, and refreshed in all the best ways.
