I hold a BFA in Music with a concentration in voice, a Masters in Psychology, and am working towards my Doctorate in Philosophy with an emphasis in Performance Psychology. I have sang and performed professionally since 14 years old, and have an in-depth understanding of how to coach singers not only in proper technique and vocal care, but the mental challenges that they face as well. I focus heavily on proper vocal technique, vocal health, confidence building, and learning the process of locking into the "zone" when performing. I am currently reseraching how positive psychological constructs help singers to reach peak performance and flow, and also intertwine my findings into sessions with my client base. I love to be a part of the growing process. Not just vocally, but personally as well. Having the pleasure of watching clients develop not only vocally, but in the area of confidence is very rewarding for me. I handle every client not just as a singer but as a human being that is made up of body, soul, and spirit for optimal results in the coaching experience.See more
