I began doing yoga for the first time under Emily's guidance and she is a truly unique instructor. I have an incurable case of ulcerative colitis and currently a torn ACL/MCL and Emily was able to put together a plan of progression designed around my specific situation. On days when I was feeling especially sick, she had me relax in poses that often improved my symptoms. She's incredibly knowledgable about her practice, but beyond that, she makes one feel comfortable and at ease while pushing themselves--even in tough situations. This comes from her strong empathy which I think is such an important factor in picking someone to be your teacher. Every single session I've had with Emily has been incredible. Couldn't recommend her more.
Judy is a true professional in every sense of the word. She has a ton of expertise in physical fitness and training, and is always able to answer my questions completely and clearly. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she's also is a wonderfully friendly, kind, and encouraging trainer. I appreciate that she guides me through the session using clear, precise language while maintaining a supportive and positive vibe. She thoughtfully custom-tailors and plans my workouts in order to help me meet my stated goals, and at the same time she is flexible, as she is both capable and willing to alter the workout “off-the-cuff” as need be if I arrive at a session with a particular ache, pain, or limitation. I have made so much progress under her guidance and have become more confident to work out independently since starting training with her. I would highly recommend Judy to any of my friends or family members seeking a trainer!
Dina is great. She got me to not only try yoga but to like it. I'm pretty down to earth, shoot from the hip type of woman and she made yoga comfortable for me. She works at your level, which for me is -1 and helps you improve at a comfortable pace. Do wether you are a novice like me or an advanced yogi Dina is your girl. She loves what she does and that makes all the difference. Give her a try and you won't be sorry.
Kelly is a highly experienced and deeply compassionate instructor. She brings multiple aspects of yoga practice- asanas, essential oils, singing bowls and meditation- uniquely designed to each student’s needs. She continues her own professional development to bring new aspects of practice to enrich and deepen the shared practice. The practice room is calm and soothing and scheduling is highly flexible. My experience over the past year with Kelly has been wonderful in every respect!
I have done private yoga sessions with Erica Straub, and love them. I've always been active and an athlete (and recently done a lot of dance). I find it hard to find teachers that impress me for any activity -- not intentional, but I am a tough critic. That said, Erica is amazing. My yoga sessions with her were some of my favorites ever. I loved her focus on the hips (even more so than other yoga classes), the athleticism required throughout, and her approach. (Not to mention, good music selection too!). She started with poses that weren't traditional lead-ins for a yoga session, and it helped open my body up literally and figuratively. Each time I did a session with her, I felt 100% better than when I started and had lasting benefits on my flexible, strength and state of mind. I highly recommend her!
I am a yoga beginner and wanted to try a more personalized experience. I was worried that I would not be able to do a lot of the poses but Mackenzie worked at my pace and found poses that worked best for me and my level. She is awesome and I would highly recommend!
For a long time I've been entertaining the desire to take Yoga classes, but I was very insecure about my level of fitness so I never did. I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.
I loved every second of working with Henry. His knowledge and overall skill set as a yoga teacher is very studied, deep, and thorough. I felt very safe in his presence and he made it very easy for me to trust him with my practice. Working with Henry was extremely educational and I learned so much more than I was expecting to learn. With his extensive and empirical knowledge of the yoga practice in all of it’s forms, I would highly recommend Henry to anyone who is looking to deepen their practice on all fronts.

Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
Maria, I just wanted let you know how much i enjoy my Mondays and Wednesdays and you are a big part of that. I thoroughly enjoy the yoga sessions. I find myself making sure that i don't schedule anything on those evenings. The classes are excellent. I know the other ladies in the class feel the exact same way.
