I normally do not write reviews at all but I have to warn all you out there because I would never want this to happen to you all. This is going to be long.
Tiffany had the absolute worst customer service and communication skills. Before hiring Tiffany she was very responsive, after hiring her and putting the deposit down it started going downhill. Two weeks up to my event, no response to the office number or Tiffany's cell. When I did finally reach her she would tell me she is in a meeting and would never call back. I was calling her and texting her to get my final invoice so I could pay her! The NIGHT before my event she still hadn't sent me the invoice. It's 12:30am, my hair and makeup is at 5am, she tells me if I don't have either cash or a cashiers check she can't load up the rentals and come to my event! She still didn't even make me a final invoice, so I was forced to just pay whatever amount she stated or her team wouldn't show.
The morning of my event my girlfriends showed up to the location to help set up and make sure her team showed up. It was only two people and they were late! A mother and her daughter who had no idea what she was doing. My girlfriend asked for two of the supplies I paid for and they gave her the run around for 45 minutes! They never had them in the rental truck! My three friends witnessed this and reported back to me how they were horrible. The backdrop I asked of them was lopsided and didn't look anything like they said it would. They asked my friend what time the event ended. She said 4pm. The lady said "oh I'll come back at 4 to pack up then." My friend told her "that makes no sense people will still be here, you have to do it after they leave." They never showed up at all.
After the event was over I immediately texted and called Tiffany to say I wanted my money back for not bringing in the things I asked and paid for. NO RESPONSE.
A few days later I get a call from a random number, it was one of Tiffanys team members asking me if I took their equipment that they never even showed up for and if I had another decorator that could have taken it. I said no and told them I want my money back for everything that I paid for that wasn't there. She said she would get back to me and never did.
They are cheap for a reason. They were the worst decision I have ever made for event vendor. I highly suggest going with a different company. Tiffany and her team were horrendous. Lesson learned to always go with quality than quantity.
