I cant say enough positive things about Judy! I trained with her for many months before my wedding and could not have asked for a sweeter, knowledgable, encouraging and patient trainer. She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I was very happy with the results of our twice weekly sessions and felt stronger, trimmer and more confident for my wedding. Just the greatest!

I've been taking Stephanie's yoga class for a few months now and I love it. It helps me unwind physically and mentally after work. Being in her space is soothing and her energy is very nurturing. The class is challenging, grounding, restorative and relaxing. She gives all her students individual attention. She applies touch and uses clear verbal cues and demostration to help us make the propper adjustments and to deepen a stretch or release tension. Besides being gifted at what she does, she really cares about her students which makes her an exceptional teacher.
I have never in my life had a greater experience then the one I had with Alison I was unsure if yoga would be the answer or my anxiety but after working with Alison I felt amazing at peace with myself and relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in years truly a great experience and I recommend everyone to give her a chance she can change your life :)
After 4 months of Yoga with Meredith twice a week I felt more relaxed, flexible and capable than ever before. She has a calming influence and her classes focus on the flow of the poses rather than simply moving from one to another. Meredith is caring and gives each student the individual attention required and has never pushed anyone further than they can physically go; she is welcoming and accommodating. I couldn't recommend her more.
I am a fellow yoga teacher of Casey's and I am always blown away by her classes! So knowledgeable in the yoga while also being very encouraging and compassionate. She has a true love for her students and it shows when she teaches. She creates an affinity with her students where you can't help but to love her! Anytime I get the chance, I'm in her class!! Ellie's classes always left me feeling rejuvenated, confident, and serene. I would often enter class with a racing mind and tired body. By the time class was over, I observed a noticeable difference in my emotional and physical well-being. The yoga and meditation techniques I learned from Ellie have become part of my daily life. In addition to being an outstanding yoga teacher, Ellie is also a compassionate human being who cares about each of her students as individuals. Taylor is the best! I've been doing yoga for years and have had many different teachers but I really connected with Taylor's style. Rooted in a deep holistic knowledge of the body, Taylor's classes are well designed to address specific points of pain or injury. She also does a wonderful job at making you feel at home, without judgement or pressure. Just the right amount of movement, stretch and rest.

I've taken several yoga classes with Kyle and what I love most about her teaching style is her versatility and language. Her classes cater to newbies and the more experienced alike. Her language is grounded and I always know exactly where my body needs to move next. Her instruction is guiding, not preachy or commanding, resulting in a group experience where each individual is free to immerse in a personal reflection. Kyle's classes are great for any and all yogis!
Being new to yoga, I was looking for the right yoga instructor who could help me reach peaceful sustainability, teach me health maintenance, advanced meditation techniques as well as teach me the basic yoga exercises/movements. A wealth of knowledge and training along with the personal attention to my ability, past medical history and future goals is very important to me. I attended several classes at my local gym an was not at all impressed with the instructors, class size, atmosphere and lack of education on the yoga principals/history. I came across Brian on Thumbtack while looking into private instructors in my area. I was immediately impressed with his training in yoga, physical fitness and nutrition. His certifications surpassed all other trainers in the area. So I decided to give him a try. I have had several private and group sessions to date and will enthusiastically continue to practice with Brian. Upon arrival I notice that his studio was pristine and welcoming. His use of aromatherapy as well as herbal teas creates a wonderful scent and a feeling of calm. Brian provided me with a private session to get to know me as a person, my health history, my future goals and introduced me to him and the history and variations of yoga practice. This was a wonderful session and he has since tailored my on-going personal an group sessions based on the information he obtained. Brian's classes are small and personal. Brian: - speaks clearly and his instruction is well-timed with the music and movements -the music is played at a safe speed and is appropriate for the group and atmosphere -Brian exhibits strong movements and posture and demonstrates them properly to the group and offers alternatives for newcomers -all movements are safe and he offers adequate safety tips - motivation and interaction: Brian is incredibly motivated and makes eye contact with participants as well as assist with poses - has an energetic an peaceful environment - Brian's classes have all the expected components; including an adequate warm-up, cool-down and stretch. Meditation is a big part of the classes and personal sessions. I always start and end up feeling completely relaxed and at peace I highly recommend Brian to novice-advanced yoga students. I have been suffering with lower back pain and sciatica for over a year. I began to see Stephanie Harding for Vinni yoga which was personalized and designed to help my specific area of injury. Stephanie is a caring and dedicated yoga therapist who helps throughout the session to be sure I gain maximum benefit. She also prepared drawings of the postures and exercises for my home program and made an audio CD which was extremely helpful. After about 6 months I was pain free most of the time.I truly appreciate what Stephanie has done for my health and well being.
Phil is terrific! I invited Phil for a session with friends on a Sunday night and liked him so much that I invited him back again for a corporate event. Phil blends meditation and yoga into a very spiritual and relaxing session. Experience with meditation is not necessary. Phil will craft a personalized experience to your goals. I wholeheartedly recommend Phil and will continue to hire him to work with us.
Honestly I was never the “yoga type” but I heard great things about it and decided to give it a try. I came across Malory, who by the way is just awesome, and she taught me sooo much! I now love the practice and have learned that my body can do things I would have never imagined! Malory was very patient with me! She was also extremely knowledable and motivating! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to either learn or continue practicing!!
