FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Rutgers University. Beyond that, I have 13 years of training with clients, one-on-one in all types of settings and from all sorts of backgrounds. During the years, I've been certified as a Movement Specialist with Functional Movement Systems, Pre and Post Natal training through ACE, a Personal Trainer with National Academy of Sports Medicine, an Health Fitness Specialist through American College of Sports Medicine, CrossFit Level I, Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Hardstyle Kettlebell certification, TRX certified and Precision Nutrition Certification Level 1 and 2.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help transform my clients' lives through weight loss and fat loss programs, designed specifically tailored around their needs and capabilities. My clients have ranged from busy professionals in the city looking to put on muscle, to working moms with just a couple of hours to spare per week.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Not all Personal Trainers are created equally. Some look good, but only have worked with people that are like themselves, people gung-ho about working out. Make sure they're certified and it's their career, otherwise, you're hiring someone based on good genetics and not knowledge.
