- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A well-qualified personal trainer who comes to your home will cost $120 to $150 an hour. A trainer who offers nutritional advice costs about $200 an hour, and those with their own brand and following can command $250 an hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First day Postural Assessment, medical and injury inquiry and dynamic stretches. And that my rest periods are short.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educated with premiere certifications which has yielded excellent results along with exceptional Equinox personal training; Cathenics, Resistance Training, TRX, HITT, VIPR, specialization in core, SMR and athletic coaching, boxing.
