The ODIN team responded quickly and was able to do their job even though my preparations were not as good as they should have been. (I did not leave myself enough time to prep the apartment, so on their first visit many rooms were cluttered and hard to navigate.)
I had many questions about the prep, and ODIN did its best to answer them. That said, there were still a few minor miscommunications. After I pointed them out to the owner, he resolved to look into improving those aspects of ODIN's service.
When I made a mistake that might have messed up one of the treatments, the owner graciously came back and fixed it at no charge, since it was caused by one of the aforementioned communication errors.
I made sure the apartment was in much better shape for ODIN's follow-up visit, which went like clockwork.
The best news was that there have been no bites or other signs of bedbug activity since ODIN's first visit 9 weeks ago, which suggests to me that Gene and his team wiped those suckers out on their first visit (and then made sure the little critters never had a chance to make a comeback).
