Zak was ok. But I don’t recommend him for projects if you live in Newark. I hired him to install a new prehung door with frame. He told me around 3pm so I assumed he lived near Newark then he tells me he’s very far away in south jersey and there is a lot of traffic. He didn’t end up starting the job until about 5:30pm, but the reason I had to give 3 stars is because he couldn’t complete the job by himself, he didn’t have the right tools. so I had to call a handy man to bring tools and help him install the prehung door, and the job is still not properly done, I have to call someone else today to finish the job right.

Toxta was an absolute pleasure to work with. He communicates well and responds quickly to messages. He gave me an exact price for the job site unseen, and that's what I paid. He arrived exactly on time, and got straight to work on the two doors I had issues with. (One door wouldn't latch and the other was sticking at the top due to sagging.) He was able to get it done in a little over an hour, without any issues. He even went above and beyond and helped me re-key one of the locks, even though I didn't have the original key, which is usually necessary for re-keying. He was able to do some magic and make it happen. Overall, Toxta is a highly skilled professional who does quality work in a professional manner. I will not hesitate to call him in the future.
