We worked with Katherine Fonsella from DeCicco events and cuisine and she was WONDERFUL. We were planning a pre-wedding dinner for about 100 people in the Tarrytown area, but we live in Northern California. We did not know any venues or caterers or suppliers. Katherine helped us find a great, unusual loft venue, arranged all the decor, tables, lighting, and set up the catering from DeCiccos. The staff were excellent, the food was very good, everything went off perfectly. We are so appreciative of all that Katherine did to make our event wonderful!
Don't think twice about hiring Ana, just do it!!!! I hired Ana and her company to help decorate my wedding and let me tell you she exceeded my expectations!!! My centerpieces, bouquet and all flower arrangements were GORGEOUS!!! Everyone loved the arrangements, so elegant and classy. Thank you Ana l know I bugged you so much but you were patient and understanding of my every request. Can wait to hire you again for my baby shower!!!

The team at Harvest and Revel was incredible to work with for planning our wedding. Sara Elise was always professional, responsive and handled many of the details of our wedding. Her staff that came in to work the event were incredible -- friendly, accommodating, and a true team that banded together to make the night great! We had ALL our guests comment on how delicious the food was, and on top of that, it was sustainable, local and good for us and the earth. Cannot recommend the ladies at Harvest and Revel enough!
Oh my where do I start. I hired 3R's Catering & Eventd for a family meet & greet, for my wedding head table and chapel decor. The family dinner was a beautiful start to a memorable weekend. The food was delicious the Mac and cheese was scrumptious. The candy table was breathtaking it was all I could ask for and more. My family was speechless. Next day the wedding chapel was pretty and simple but all we needed because my wife and I were the focal points. The head table was the prettiest setup I've ever seen. It made us feel like we were the Queens of the Night. Simply Beautiful. Regina you have a talent that will take you sooo many places. I appreciate all the hard work and thought you put into making my weekend extra special.
Comfort and Mary did a great job setting up the centerpieces for our wedding! We decided to do DIY centerpieces for our wedding, but did not want the stress of setting them up on the day of. KC Events came to the rescue! I met with Comfort and Mary a few days before the event to give an overview of how I wanted everything set up and to answer any questions. On the day of Mary showed up and set up everything perfectly with the materials we purchased and the flowers that the florist provided. Comfort even provided mirrors to add to the design we came up with - it was perfect! - Amber
I cannot express enough how thankful I was to have Cindy coordinating my wedding weekend. Not only did she take all the hoopla of decorations that I had bought and fashioned them into a beautiful bohemian romantic wedding setup, she ran my wedding rehearsal, picked up our dessert bar items the day of the wedding, navigated some tense family moments as a magical buffer, and also made sure that I felt taken care of all day, well into our reception (shoutout to the whiskey sour deliveries)! Cindy is thoughtful, talented, professional, encouraging, flexible, and has impeccable taste! I met Cindy when I was ready to rip my hair out due to wedding planning stress, and because of her (and Jac!) I was able to relax and enjoy my wedding day. That is an invaluable service, and Cindy puts way too low a price on it for all she offers. I cannot recommend her highly enough, and would not use anyone but her in the future for event planning services. Thank you again and again for all you did, Cindy!
We hired Laura for day of coordination and decor services for our wedding this past August. We booked a venue that basically only came with tables and chairs, and we knew we would need a coordinator to help put all the pieces together. Laura worked with our vendors to put together a clear and thorough timeline of the day. She also organized all the logistical details from the processional to the reception announcements to the dinner service... and everything in between. I did not have to worry about a single thing at my wedding because Laura was always a step ahead and making sure everything was taken care of. She also sorted out the mess that was my DIY wedding decorations and managed to put it all together with a clear vision. She handled all the flowers and decor for the ceremony and reception, and everything came out truly beautiful. It was exactly what I wanted. I can't thank Laura (and her sister Kelly!) enough.
We seriously cannot thank Tina and Erica enough for all they did to make our wedding perfect! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was attended to and the way we wanted it. From cleaning up my hotel room for the photographers while I was getting my hair and makeup done to bustling my annoying train for the 25th time, Tina and Erica anticipated my every need, and were 10 steps ahead of me at all times. They even braved the sub-zero wind chill to drive me around and fluff my dress for my outdoor photo shoot during one of the coldest New Year’s Eves on record!! They played such a huge part in making the day a success, and I can’t imagine not having them there. They are not only the ultimate professionals, but are also so friendly, caring, and warm. In the days leading up to our wedding, Tina was such a calming force, and helped me deal with all the inevitable last minute crises while providing much needed emotional support. Hiring Tina and Erica from ATP events for our wedding coordinators was BY FAR the best decision we ever made, and my only regret is that we didn’t have them for the entire planning process! My parents and my entire bridal party raved about them the entire day. I would most highly recommend them, and all my family and friends will for sure be using Tina and Erica for their future events!!!
Marianna and her assistant were present at my wedding on October 16th at Princess Manor in Brooklyn. From many months before the wedding, Marianna has been on top of things. She had an excellent way of keep everyone calm and engaged in the wedding experience. Very pleasant. I would definitely recommend her for many more events.

I hired Bella Couture to plan my wedding this past summer. Overall, I was extremely pleased with their services. They are friendly, accommodating, and my personalized planner, Bella, was an amazing stress reliever. Bella was always available to assist me and answer all my questions...whether it was a simple question about my vendors or figuring out what wedding colors & decorating ideas I should choose. Her expertise was quite helpful. Thanks to Bella, our wedding was planned out perfectly and looked beautiful.
We can't say enough great things about Stephanie. She was a true life saver from day one. Stephanie was very accessible and responded with lightening speed to emails/calls/texts at all different hours. She was always professional and friendly and gave great advice. Stephanie definitely has an eye for style and worked great with all of our wedding vendors. My wedding planning experience became stress-free once Stephanie came on board. Lacy and her team were fantastic. She was able to bring my vision to life. When I walked into the venue the decor took my breath away it was so beautiful. Everyone at the bridal shower commented about the decor. It was perfect. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and am looking forward to working with them again.
Veronica did a good Job as our day of coordinator! She was very professional as was her team. She helped me make a precise itinerary for the day of ! My Indian wedding included three events the day of each event had their intricacies and I am a very organized person. However I knew I couldn't handle every single detail especially the day of. In order for me to enjoy my wedding Veronica stepped in to help organize my bridal party and also helped organize my family members in order to make the day successful. We had multiple vendors, she helped organize and keep each on track by reviewing the contracts. Our vendors were also great too. Veronica is ensured we recieved what we paid for. Veronica was easy to contact and always answered quickly. She took great notes about the day and attended the rehearsal. I did wish I asked for more people to come from her staff because my wedding was very large with a lot of events. Overall I thought it was a great success. 4.5/5 stars! I will recommend her and her staff to future brides :)
Trina was phenomenal! My wife and I gave her some ideas for our wedding, and she brought it all to fruition. Trina's visions are outstanding but more importantly, she is able to execute on everything she envisions. One can simply tell that she is not only passionate about delivering an outstanding product to a given customer but also, that she loves people. My wife and I wanted someone that thought of our wedding day as their day too. We wanted someone that loved us and wanted the best for us. And Trina exemplified it all! I would recommend her for all events.
My fiance and I used Distinctive Visions event Management to take care of our wedding invitations and the service was nothing short of wonderful. I wasn’t entirely sure where I wanted to go with the style for them (we have 6 different colors in the wedding), but Nya was patient and helped lead us in the right direction. I am very happy with the final product, and we didn’t have to do anything except mail them! She worked hard to stay under our budget and was still able to deliver the perfect invitations. I will definitely use Distinctive Visions again in the future for more than just invitations.

Lamide was hired in January to assist me in coordinating my June nuptial. Regretfully I had to cancel my wedding however through the process Lamide was an absolute God sent she took over the role of assisting me in returning a lot of the items that we had purchased for the wedding. She did not hesitate in keeping in contact to make sure I was okay. Prior to me calling off my wedding Lamide was instrumental in me getting great deals on my linens and decor I had to purchase. She kept me informed on great decoration options based on her understanding of my vision for the wedding. I will highly recommend her and will definitely reach out to her if I even plan on having another event.
Margarita did an excellent job making our wedding cake, cupcakes and cake pops! All our guests were impressed with the decor and taste. She was professional, punctual and offered some creative ideas. Would highly recommend!
