I'm a Multi Family property owner in Bergen County and Essex County, NJ. We were having some issues with finding good service providers for some maintenance issues in a few of my buildings. We also needed assistance in vetting new tenants. Working with Oasis Spaces was a life saver. They are professional and reliable. We have great communication, as do the tenants and the general contractors under their charge. They helped minimize my time dealing with paperwork and correspondence, scheduling and leasing. My properties are now well maintained inside and out. The rental income is also coming in on a more consistent basis. Fully automated to my Quickbooks with Oasis Spaces' help. They've provided some excellent creative ways for us to receive extra income for our rental properties while vacant. Great sound advice. We find Oasis Spaces to be very efficient. I have also recommended them to a few of my investment colleagues to help assist with their portfolios. I will continue to refer them. They're a good team. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will do an initial phone consultation to access your needs. We then will do a virtual or in person meeting of the property in question. We will draw out what we can provide, offer suggestions, discuss starting date and rates. We agree to a contract with both parties. Then we begin our management.
