John was wonderful! He walked me through my entire apartment and gave me ways to help reduce the chances of roaches in my apartment. He gave me a quote for an extermination and I will probably take him up on it. The prices are reasonable and the staff is both friendly and very knowledgable.

Using this app was new for me but I have to say that the service that Luis Hernandez provide is excellent. He walked me through the entire process to prep for extermination of my unit. Very punctual and attentive to follow up on everything. All my questions were answered promptly and definitely the best price I found after researching the same service in my area.

Loved the work on the attic. Had a problem with squirrels and also a lot of debris in the attic from a previous roof repair. A-Academy took care of the squirrel issue and did a great job with the cleanup and installation of insulation. The crew showed up on time and when promised. Pricing was good. Within normal range for the insulation. A little extra for the cleanup but I was aware my circumstances were challenging. Overall very happy with the work.

I had a bed bug extermination in November 2015 and I have been bed bug free since the treatment. J was friendly and fast yet thorough and efficient and treated all of my furniture- just in case. My only suggestion is to have the treatment done in the morning so the space can air out for a couple of hours (I have asthma and bad allergies). Great great service!

Warfare delivers. At least so far, as I had bed bugs and they did two treatments. Scheduling is difficult as they are a small company but because of that, they listen to the customer. Their advice on pre-treatment was stellar. The 2nd treatment by Marcus was far more thorough than the first, tho in fairness there was a time constraint on the first. And for the 2nd treatment, I had prepped my apt better. However, no matter what the technician says, the spray does get on anything not covered. Be prepared to clean or cover up EVERYTHING. Robyn in the office is a peach and Marcus, who did the 2nd treatment explained every step of the way, his techniques and what he was doing. Both technicians were courteous and helpful. Be prepared to have your life disrupted for 2 weeks, living out of sealed plastic bags....its an ordeal, no matter what to do a proper extermination. Would I recommend Warfare? Yes. Would I hire someone prior to the treatment to prep my apartment. Yes to that as well. They are honest and reliable and arrive on the dot when they say they will arrive.

B & D provides all of the above to the letter. I had a few issues. All taken care of by B & D. But, i want to share one of them with you. I had a squirrel coming in and out of my home, like if it was paying rent. This upset me so much because my privacy had been violated. To top it off, squirrels can cause damage to your home. Spoke to Brandyn, the owner of B & D Pest Solutions. Constant professional and very knowledgeable of his profession. Came out and evaluated my issues. Broke everything down for me and and gave me a fair estimate. I hired him and his company. The rest is history. Like that squirrel. It wasnt very easy to get rid of that little critter. Many factors to consider. Brandyn and his crew were relentless and persistent since day 1. Problem solved. Today I have peace of mind. You cant put a price on that. I had Gus stop by and assess the situation and he was very honest and straight forward about my pest situation. His replies were prompt and he was on time for the extermination appointment. Pricing was fair and his customer service was great. I would definitely recommend him if you have a pest issue.

Ray showed up within 2 hours of my original contact. Plugged up some gaps in the attic , set a trap and reassured me that I wasn't under attack from squirrels. Highly recommend!
