I have been working with Adham since May of this year consistently through the pandemic. Each of Adham’s workouts are well though out and well planned to target different parts of the body, cardio is also incorporated in each workout. I have seen changes in my body as well as improvement in my cardio, there is motivation and encouragement in each class as well. I had an injury to my foot and we were able to continue with workouts with the correct modifications. Adham has been a great instructor and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a body and health changing experience...

I started out looking for a personal trainer who was going to challenge me and not let me short myself in the workouts. I have been working with Adham for about a month and I couldn’t have paired with a better trainer. Adham listened to my needs and outlined a course of action to attain my goals. Within two weeks I saw progress. I’ve gotten full quality workouts every session and I’ve noticed I was able to complete certain workouts better than day one. I believe that speaks to his commitment to not allow anyone to cheat themselves, pushing through all the way, and his belief in his trainee and himself to accomplish your physical goals. Not only does he work with you in the gym but provides essential advice on what to eat to maintain and help you on your journey. I am still working with him and will continue to as I can’t wait for my end result. I’d recommend him to anyone looking to make that physical transformation.

    I provide free consultations and assessments before I start any training program! My pricing is according to the value I offer you through changing your life in the way you ask of me. I complete this by monitoring your diet and your level of physical fitness until you are successful and physically able and knowledgeable to live a healthy fit life that makes you happy.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I find out what your strengths and weaknesses are in stability, mobility, and endurance. Then I breakdown how we will achieve your fitness goals based on where you are today.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I was a master trainer for Tac Zone Gym in Kenilworth, NJ. Leading the daily 6am boot camp with class sizes over 30 people. I also have a Black Belt in tae kwon do, kickboxing, and grappling so I teach self defense as well.
