I have been training with Dewayne for the past three months and within that time frame I have lost 18 lbs. I recently had a baby via c section so I had to wait 6 -9 months before I was cleared to get back to any intense work outs. Dewayne was aware of my fitness goals and physical limitations. He worked with me to tailor the exercises my abilities. After a few weeks of training with Dewayne I started to feel stronger and more energetic. His workout style is intense but well calculated. For me he incorporated a lot of full body excerises and intensity training which really helped me to achieve fast results. As a new mom and a first time mom at that I didn't have much time to train once or twice a week but Dewayne made sure that our training sessions were effective, he even created a workout plan for the days we did not meet. I have received many complements on my weight loss and it has even inspired my co workers and friends to begin work out regimens. Dewayne is a real professional he was always dedicated to helping me get back in good physical shape. He was consistent in our training schedule and is truly invested in his clients. I highly recommend Dewayne he is a dedicated fitness professional who truly cares about his clients.

We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!

I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.

I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!

I took a course called the Art of Fitness at NYU and Maik Wiedenbach was my teacher. I took this course because I had had too many mediocre trainers in NY and I felt so bombarded by trendy diets and training fads that the fitness industry left me feeling lost and confused. Maik's course was so enlightening, he thought me so much about fitness and nutrition. I was really impressed by his knowledge and his ease and ability to teach it to the students. I was so glad to learn he was also a personal trainer and taking new clients. I've been training with Maik and his team for 4 months and I've been even more impressed. Despite all the knowledge and experience that alone would set him above all the rest, he also possesses the most important attribute that makes him a great trainer: he truly cares to see you succeed. If you're ready to do your part and put in the work, whatever shape you are in when you first meet with him, he can guide you to achieve your goals. And for those who don't like the gym, good news! He also makes it fun and the session is over before you know it!

Katie is amazing! Not only did she make our sessions fun and interesting, she helped me organize my fitness plan for the days I didn’t see her, provided nutrition advice along with recipe ideas, didn’t mind holding my crying baby during the workout, and constantly upgraded our workout by finding new exercises for me. She tracked my body fat % and BMI which went down dramatically after this summer with her! I’m happy to continue losing weight with her sessions and now we are working on strength training. She is also very sweet, easy to talk to, punctual, and emphatic to my needs. Well worth the money!

I started training with Maryellen in my home about 9 months ago.I enjoyed training with her so much , that eventually my daughter joined me as well. If you are serious about working out,Maryellen is the perfect person for the job! She is always on time, very thorough and pays attention to every detail of my workout. Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth

I recently started training with Carlos and he’s exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when you’re not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares…During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He won’t EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, he’s that GOOD! I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.

When I first met Erika, I had just set out to attempt my first ever sprint triathlon. Up to that point, I had been exercising on my own and lost over 100 lbs. I still needed lots of training and only 8 weeks until the race. What Erika then did for me was above and beyond what I could have done on my own. We began training; building powerful muscles and developing balance and stability. She even helped with nutrition planning and recovery tips. I completed my first sprint triathlon but felt my result was lackluster. For a first timer, this was normal. The next day I quickly signed up for another sprint triathlon for that summer. Once we began training for that, Erika amazed me yet again. The training sessions became much more intense. She provided solid motivation to keep up my mental strength. We built lots of explosive muscle and incredible cardio stamina. I finished the 2nd triathlon in the top 50% overall. It felt amazing. The training also translated well in my other hobby, soccer. The results were very real.

Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are much better these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.

I couldn't have had a better experience training with Herbie. He is diligent, professional, and offers great value for his services. He pushes me during each session, changes it up so I am not repeating the same exercises each week, and works with me to understand what I am pleased with vs what I want to continue to improve. Within 6 weeks I started seeing noticeable results in my overall physique despite only training with him once/week. I have worked with several trainers in the past but Herbie has by far been the most qualified and continues to exceed my expectations. Highly recommend him!

I started training with Will in the first week of January . Not just as a New Years resution but more like a lifestyle change. I explained my weakness to him about sticking to a plan and committing to working out alone. So we started of right away with training 2/3 times a week and a complete nutritional change. I must admit I was skeptical but more because I never had been able to stick it out for longer than 2 weeks. I Lost 13 lbs in the first 3 weeks. I gained so much energy and drive to stay healthy and focused. Thanx to Will who makes it fun and torture at the same time to work out. He is def strickt and keeps pushing you to the end and 2 more . I wouldn't be able to stay focused unless I get pushed like that. Anybody who wants to train hard and take this serious Will is your guy. I just signed up for the second term. I highly recommend Will .

I have had the best experience training with Dwayne. He is able to motivate me like no other trainer I’ve ever had before. He always keeps the workouts fun and exciting that I never get bored. Love that he incorporates boxing and self defense into my workouts!!
