Rhonda is a wonderful trainer and a great person. I have been working with Rhonda since the summer. She comes to my home and offers an ever changing routine which has been challenging and enjoyable. It's been wonderful to see the changes in my body due to the hard work that Rhonda and I have doing together. She also got me on a healthy eating routine that has been satisfying and doable. I'm never hungry on this new program. Rhonda is a really sweet person but don't be fooled, she will push you hard to do your best. I think she's incredible and I love working with her.
I hired Charles to help a cancer survivor get back some strength and conditioning. He was able to motivate his client while being professional and friendly. He is very creative while working in a home setting. He is always prompt, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them until I met Carlos. I didnt just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: Ive lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. Anna is a fantastic and energetic trainer! I'm someone that was new to weight training and exercise in general, and I'm really glad that I found Anna to guide me through the process. She is very understanding of your needs and goals, and she really does listen to what you want to get out of each training session. She was also excellent at keeping me motivated when I wanted to slack. She knows how to make suggestions for improvement without making you feel like you're being judged. Overall, I would highly recommend Anna to anyone who needs or wants that extra support during their fitness journey!
I made the decision to improve my overall health and lose weight that I had gained following a stressful year. I began working with Kelly in the Fall and have continued working with her. I knew I needed guidance as well as a "fitness plan". For me, going to the gym was a waste of time because I was very self conscious and undisciplined. I rarely did anything but use the elliptical machine and it certainly wasn't enough to help me to attain my goals. Working with Kelly has been a wonderful journey... I now look forward to working with her just to see how I have progressed. And I absolutely have! I actually enjoy the challenge now. She has continually and slowly modified my workouts, always keeping safety in mind.
Wish I would have started this earlier - amazing training, excellent strengthening, cardio and agility all rolled into one. The great thing is that Shayla mixes it up for each session so you feel that you are doing a "new" sessions each time! Highly recommended!
Mike Clancy is simply exceptional! He is energetic, knowledgeable, and you can feel the passion that he has for his work. I have had other trainers in the past, and I can say with 100% certainty that none of them come close to what I experience three times a week with him in the gym. Rafael was great at constantly working with me and motivating me. Work has me on the road extensively. Rafael scripted workouts for the gym, when I was home; for free weights when I was in a hotel; even plyometric/bands when I was off on a cruise. As a retired athlete and already established fitness addict, I was beginning to run out of new challenging exercises for my strength sessions. I wanted to build more muscle but without compromising my cardio training. Keith gave me a whole new approach to try with much heavier weights and slower movements with a lot of plyometrics thrown in. He goes through diet breakdown in great detail too, and other lifestyle factors. It’s refreshing to see a trainer taking an attainable approach to their client instead of what they think is best!

Emma's a wonderful trainer! Enthusiastic without being overbearing or pedantic. Attentive, knowledgable, focused, engaged, and, most importantly, very thoughtful about her mission to get you fit. She really has an intuitive sense of what your body needs, where you're at physically, and how much or how little you need on any given day. And her workouts are definitely not your average workouts! Each day the exercises are very different, not only different muscle groups, but workouts for different goals (stamina, strength, tone, etc). One day you'll be mixing up cardio and strength exercises, the next you'll be doing slow-burn stamina exercises with periodic blasts of boxing. Compound exercises, isometrics, plyometrics, kettle balls, bosu balls, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, skipping rope - she'll throw them all at you. Never, ever monotonous. After two years of training with her, I'm still discovering different ways to engage my body, still becoming more aware of my fitness level on a more holistic level, and I love that! She's pretty nice too. (though telling her that won't get you an easier workout. I tried!) She'll push you, she'll nudge you, she'll will you into better shape. And you're going to love it. The best.
Lloyd Cummings inspires me to workout hard and it makes me want more each time I see a difference in my body. I love weight lifting and when he incorporated Plyometrics in my workout it made me stronger.
I have competed at the highest levels of sports competition, and have trained with many fitness professionals. I can say without a doubt that Jay is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. Whether in self defense or in fitness training, he is certified to the highest degrees, and is able to adapt his workouts to any age or fitness level. I have done kettlebell classes, flexibility training, plyometric work, kickboxing, and self defense with Jay. His expertise is second to none, and his classes are an amazing combination of flexibility, strength and cardio training - unlike anything else I've done. Rest assured that students are training with the best of the best when training with Jay. I come out of his classes feeling energized, empowered, confident, and happy. Jay breaks down the movements in his classes so that students can learn proper technique and get maximum benefit.
