Latest Review: My experience with Workout with Wes was great. He was very professional and had a high standard for himself for work quality. Wes helped me stay on track with my nutrition, diet, and helped me get back in to shape. The workouts were great and I always felt like I was getting closer to my goal each day.

Latest Review: I work in a model industry and most of my pictures are strictly Lingerie By Victoria secret. The most important thing for me is making sure I'm with someone safe, safe environment, comfortability and of course does the job right. Working with Giorgio Giove was a lot of fun and knew exactly what I wanted but even better. I seriously, couldn't be anymore happier with the results of the photos. I will be looking forward to working with him again. Ps. Thanks so much again !

Latest Review: I have known Isaak Gorelov for the last eight years. He served as Director of the Health, Wellness and Aquatics department of the YJCC of Bergen County located in Washington Township, New Jersey. He supervised all adult fitness related activities, including The Fitness Center, fitness classes, personal training, aquatics and the swim team. He served as my personal trainer twice a week during that time.I found him to be extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of fitness training, including an extensive variety of exercises for each muscle group and he was also able to alleviate certain weaknesses I had in specific body parts. He was a pleasure to work with because of his professionalism and positive attitude. He inspired me to exceed my expectations of fitness and make it seem fun. I have used personal trainers for the last 26 years and have found Isaak to be extremely competent at what he does. I have also seen him work with disabled clients and found him to be compassionate in dealing with their specific deficits. He is patient and encouraging in his handling of them.Isaak would be an asset to anyone using his services.

Latest Review: Amazing coach, very attentive and patient. Always adjusts the program to your needs and circumstances. Pushes you in a way that doesn't make you feel pushed, but somehow you end up doing better than you imagined. I worked out myself before meeting him, but never progressed this quickly. This was quite a leap of faith for me, since I only tried a couple of workouts and signed up for a maximum package. Jordan took advantage of knowing that I'm committed and created an approximate plan that has so far (4 months in) been very successful. He's very punctual, great to talk to (if you have any breath left), and makes working out feel like no longer a burden for somebody like me, who has never been much into gym.

Latest Review: We can't explain how happy we are that we found Mike A. as a personal trainer. -He's affordable -His hours are flexible He's very skilled -He trains in an easy-to-understand style -He's very upbeat and professional Our son took an interest in fighting so we went the normal route of school wrestling, boxing gym, Jui Jitsu classes which were all good. But he got bored with the same old large class rhythmic training. We then found Mike and have been using him one on one for the past 4-5 months, and with the progress and confidence our son shows, we know we made the right choice. DEFINITELY a 5-star trainer.

Latest Review: A few years ago, I was exceedingly skinny to the point that I (and my doctor) were getting concerned about my health. I have an absurdly fast metabolism, so just trying to eat a lot wasn't helping. A lot of people told me weightlifting could be the key to getting back into healthy shape. I'm not someone who likes to rush into things if I don't know what I'm doing and I hadn't stepped into a gym in my life, so I wasn't about to start repping heavy dead-lifts out by myself. I started training with Jake and it was actually life-changing. I only trained with him for about a year because I moved out of his area for college, but in that year I gained 30 pounds of muscle, learned the form for all staple lifts in a way that has set me on a so-far completely injury free workout journey, and learned to tackle my absurd dietary needs (4,000 calories a day bare minimum, usually closer to 6,000) in a healthy, sustainable way. Obviously, I also learned that Jake Porter is an awesome trainer because that was all thanks to him. He's a great, funny guy who teaches valuable workout lessons in a way that's easy to understand and remember and he encourages a discipline in his clients that will keep them in charge of their own health even years after their training with him has concluded.
