Garbage disposal installation. We ran into some issues because Marty was nice enough to come on a Sunday, but had limited access to some of the plumbing pipes because the original owner of my house had damaged the pipes. He did fantastic. Went out of his way to make sure everything worked perfect. Even made an additional visit to make sure everything was still working perfectly. I'm looking forward to working with him again when I need work done. Hopefully he'll be happy to work with us again too!

We will definitely be using Mike again. We wanted him to replace our broken garbage disposal but he found a small piece of glass that was jamming it and was able to free it and remove it and the disposal works! Never thought I wouldn’t mind going back to Home Depot. He was on time and didn’t waste anytime but got straight to work. Highly recommend Mike.

I hired Anthony to initially fix my garbage disposal. It later turned out that it needed to be replaced entirely. He came on short notice. He even returned back to fix another issue that arose after he left. He knows what he's doing. Will be using him again. I definitely recommend him.

Wow! Ozeas has done a wonderful job remodeling our bathroom over the past two weeks. As you can see from the list below, there was a considerable amount of demolition and renovation involved. Ozeas arrived early each morning and worked all day. We witnessed his meticulousness and appreciated suggestions made to make our bathroom even more beautiful and functional than we even imagined. Initially, we were reluctant to hire someone from a website, but we checked out his youtube videos and other reviews and felt a little more comfortable, though still cautious. As the job progressed, family and friends stopped by to check out his progress. We can’t praise his work enough and neither can they! One neighbor has already talked to him about some jobs he’d like to get done at his house. We wholeheartedly recommend Ozeas Lannes. We plan to have him come back to work on other projects around the house because we know we can count on him to do a professional job. The pride he takes in his work was evident each day in his attitude, as well as in the finished product. He totally lives up to his quote- “Everything we do, we have to do very good and beautiful” Ozeas Lannes Bathroom Remodel • Removed all materials currently in bathroom  Including toilet, sink, tub, tiles, shower etc. • Disposed of all waste materials • Replaced and/repaired walls, floor, plumbing and window prior to new installation • Installed all fixtures including (plumbing and electrical where appropriate)  cast iron shower pan and drain  window in shower  tile in shower and outside shower *built custom shelving in shower  glass shower door  tile on bathroom floor  sink and vanity  toilet  towel bars and hooks  lighting fixtures • moved wall • installed pocket door • built custom shelving • painted walls Thank you!

Miguel showed up 15 minutes before his appointment and was ready to go. He assembled all the ikea items I had and also helped me connect the tv. He also hung two mirrors impeccably sturdy, well positioned and leveled. I would hire him again for any handy, maintenance or electrical needs and I highly recommend him for any similar job.

Al came to the rescue with a price I could manage for junk removal from my yard (up a flight of steps) after my kitchen demo. He had to play a good game of Tetris to make all the stuff fit in his van, but he really filled it to the brim. He then helped me move any remaining bags and wood to the front of my house for easier removal for regular garbage night.

Living in a brownstone building is beautiful but when your steps are falling and chipping apart everywhere the beauty isn't as appealing. Knowing that I had to completely get my steps redone I kept dodging the topic as I met with overpriced GCs. With an economic turnover I was hoping that I could get something affordable. After much research and meeting with pricey GCs I met with High-Tech Construction Co. I read many reviews on their brownstone specialty. I wanted someone to do the job right, High-Tech was professional and provided me with a quote I could not turn down. I called up many of the references provided and when I visited some of them I was pleased with what I saw. I signed the contract the same week and High-Tech started the project. Brownstone steps are very delicate and if the proper method of reconstruction is not applied then the steps can easily be destroyed through harsh weather conditions. As skeptical as I am. I asked the High-Tech team to explain to me their process of restoration and remolding and indeed they gave me a very detailed and through description of what would take place in the next few weeks. Overall High-Tech was very professional, honest, and hardworking. They provided me with quality work. They cleaned up all debris and garbage daily. Color, pattern, etc was as I wanted and all my suggestions and requests were applied. I would definitely hire High-Tech again. The quality of work they provided is still complimented by my neighbors and friends daily.

D&N put in paver stones in a portion of my yard and repaired my front steps which were cracked and falling. The delivery of the materials took a bit longer than expected, so that delayed the start of the project. When they did start, they worked quickly. The back yard came out nice and I now have a nice area where we can hang out and my front steps are not a hazard and are fixed. They also put in a new retaining wall and steps to lead down to the new area of the yard. The overall quality of the work was good and I was very impressed on how they were able to level out the area to put in the new pave stones. What could have gone better....They didn't totally finish the job when promised. They started the work on Friday and were suppose to finish on Sunday, they did not complete the work totally on Sunday, they left a few things undone, and it took them a whole week to come back and finish with what I thought was the most important part of the job, the sealing of the paver stones, so it rained very heavily that week and that was a disappointment for me. BUT they did come back and finished the job, a week later. Also, they did not take the debris that was left over from the tearing out of the remaining deck steps and wall, I had a bit of deck wood that I needed to dispose of my self, so next time I'll just make sure that I make that clear in my initial request and make sure that it is in the contract. All in all, the quality of the actual work was very good, Dhimitri was very polite, professional and works with you according to your budget. D&N knows what they are doing, their work is very good, just be sure to make all your requests upfront and that all your expectations are clear and spelled out in your contract so that you have no surprises. In D&N's eagerness to please, they sometimes over promise and this makes them look like they under deliver. Will I use them again in the future, Yes. Do I recommend you call D&N, YES. Robert worked on several plumbing problems I had. The first was two leaky bathroom faucets. I thought it was going to be necessary to replace the fixtures, but when Robert inspected it he found that for both it merely required replacing a valve, which was a quick and much less expensive fix. He even suggested a clearer for the lime deposit which had built up and it worked like a charm. Next came my leaky garbage disposal, which had been dripping for over a year. I kept a bowl under it to catch the water. It turned out that though the disposal was working the entire top was rusted and it needed to be replaced. The most difficult and time consuming part was the removal of the disposal since the bolts holding it in place had rusted tight along with the rest of the disposal. Robert used time and patience so that the integrity of my sink and cabinets remained and nothing else was damaged trying to loosen the bolts. Once that was done the rest of the job was completed very quickly and professionally. He even cleaned up after. The entire time was about four hours and this included shopping for the parts and the garbage disposal. I was extremely pleased.
