I'm very pleased to be training with Jaisen. He arrived on time and was ready to get started. Our 1st training session was very effective. Jaisen is really Serious about getting you the results you desire and he's very knowledgeable in his craft of Training and he even offers tips on weight loss. Jaisen is compassionate, caring and concerned about your training and weight loss concerns. And for that I'm glad I found him.
I've been training with Dewayne once a week for nearly 5 months. I don't love exercising but of course always feel better when in shape. Dewayne is supportive and pushes me just enough. He's not judgmental when I miss my goals, rather, he gently encourages me to move forward. I would highly recommend Dewayne for personal training.
Since I have started training with Kadian I have seen great results. Not only does he have a expert knowledge of physical fitness but has the unique ability to know his clients needs. I look forward to every session because Kadian constantly challenges me to meet and exceed new goals. There is never a boring workout with Kadian. I recommend him highly!
We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.
Waking up at 6am is difficult and being energized is even more challenging. But Peter is able to keep me focused, engaged and enthusiastic with my 6am workouts and I leave feeling great and ready to tackle the day. He has listened to my workout goals and developed a personalized workout plan for me. I feel like I am working out more effectively than ever before and I can't wait to see the results (I am only a week in). I was impressed the first session when he said that it was a better use of his and my time if I did my cardio warm-up before he arrived so that I wasn't paying him to watch me run on a treadmill - I feel like that showed he respected that I was paying for training and he wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. Peter has also given me great advice about nutrition and workouts outside of my training sessions with him. I feel like he knows his stuff and will ensure I don't injure myself or strain anything while at the same time pushing myself beyond what I think I can do. I feel great and I'm very satisfied so far and would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.

I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
I recently started training with Carlos and hes exceeded all my expectations. Ive been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when youre not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He wont EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, hes that GOOD! I have trained mixed martial arts with Evis on a regular basis. His teaching style was very hands on and he gave me excellent tips on my form and technique. I highly recommend training with him if you want to excel at MMA.

My name is Naureen and I have been training with Brandon for about a month now. He is definitely one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. Currently, I train with him twice a week. I really enjoyed the variety and challenges he puts into each session. He has a great personality and makes me feel like I'm training with my best friend! He really knows how to motivate me! Brandon is focused on helping me achieve my goals. He makes every session challenging, yet fun and rewarding at the same time! My fitness level has increased noticeably and I have seen improvements in my ability to complete various exercises, such as sit ups, core exercises, lifting progressively heavier weights and pushing myself more intensely through each session! Ratul is a magnificent trainer. I've been through several trainers in my life and he is the best bang for the buck that I've had. he clearly knows what he's doing. He's also an extremely friendly and likeable guy! But he does push me! He didn't waste the whole session just chit chatting or going on his phone while I complete my reps. He gave me a specific plan blueprint that I can use even when I stop training with him!!
Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are much better these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.
Ed is the man! What else can I say? My wife and I were looking for a trainer who could address our personal fitness goals leading up to our wedding. With a 3-month window, Ed was able to evaluate each of our individual needs effectively and construct workout programs that he trained us on, simultaneously. We are extremely pleased with our results. Ed's program not only helped us reach our goal, but has really set us up for long term success with our physical fitness. We'll be continuing our training with him for a while I think.
I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.
I trained with Carmen for months. If you are looking to make true change and achieve concrete goals in partnership with a trainer, she MUST be your choice. After only a short time training with Carmen, I was finishing 5ks in my time target. Carmen was literally with me every step of the way. Her energy is wonderful. She will lift you and focus you.
Awesome coach and great person all around. I only trained SGX, so I'm not sure about regular training, but I'm certain it's going to be beneficial and rewarding, as long as you put in the work she tells you to do. Introduced me to the great world of Spartans!
I did 3 training sesions with Frankie 2 years ago that changed my workout compleatly. With diet and new workout routine I lost about 15 pounds. Frankie really took the time to show me how to correctly lift and build muscle. Later I bought several sessions for a friend who was working hard at the gym but could not achieve his goal. After 3 sesions with Frankie. He was so impressed he now has Frankie as a full time trainer. My friend looks better then ever and its because of Frankie's training and great personality.
