I am currently training for the tough mudder, but was also looking for a new workout. I have been doing Insanity for 4 months now and p90x for a few years. These workouts have become monotonous so I threw Dewaynes bootcamp in the mix. I find Dewaynes training technique challenging , motivating and rewarding. He is attentive and pushes you. I understand you only get out what you put in and as a result I am motivated to drive through the pain and make the workout as beneficial as possible. The Intense interval training with elevated heart rate will assure results for anyone willing to confront physical challenge presented in his classes.
We're in a month into our training program with Greg and its going great. He's excellent - our workouts are a nice balance of hard physical work and fun cardio with boxing. We do a lot of laughing as Greg makes jokes and keeps our spirits up as we push ourselves with the weight training. Getting our training schedule set up was very easy and Greg's facility is very easy to get to and very clean and well maintained. Overall Greg is just top notch!
I've been training with Rhonda for almost one year. I started two months before my wedding and on my wedding day, I remember feeling so happy with the way I looked! I had never felt this fit and toned before,all thanks to Rhonda! I'm much more confident about working out in the gym and not intimidated by all those machines and weights. She's not only dedicated to her work but is extremely passionate about living a healthy life. She values each client and time flies when I train with her. Shes an excellent trainer and a wonderful person!
I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.
I have enjoyed training in Krav Maga and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 4 yrs now and Serge is one of those instructors I have a lot to thank for that. I have taken his classes as well as his one on one personal training sessions to work on advancing my skills in Jiu-Jitsu and Krav Maga. Serge is super skilled at addressing our needs and gearing our training to what most benefits our improvement. He is also very accommodating to schedule when training sessions are desired. Serge has a great rapport with his students and proves his skills by all the years of training in various martial arts. You won't be disappointed training with Serge. I guarantee it!
I have been training with Maik for over a year now as both an in person and virtual client and highly recommend his services. Thoughtful, effective and safe programming and diet advice. After years spent "working out" and/or doing crossfit type workouts, finding Maik and his well thought out coaching has been amazing. 5 stars!
Katie is amazing! Not only did she make our sessions fun and interesting, she helped me organize my fitness plan for the days I didn’t see her, provided nutrition advice along with recipe ideas, didn’t mind holding my crying baby during the workout, and constantly upgraded our workout by finding new exercises for me. She tracked my body fat % and BMI which went down dramatically after this summer with her! I’m happy to continue losing weight with her sessions and now we are working on strength training. She is also very sweet, easy to talk to, punctual, and emphatic to my needs. Well worth the money!

Anna is super passionate and professional about what she does! She'll make you work out during the training session and available for any questions outside the session. Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
I recently started training with Carlos and hes exceeded all my expectations. Ive been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when youre not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He wont EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, hes that GOOD! Jordan is seriously amazing! I have always been kind of skeptical about personal training because I always thought it was for the "meat head" guys or the elderly but I took a risk because 1) I wanted to improve my body/health and 2) because Jordan seemed super cool when we talked before the consultation. Also, he's gay-friendly. I tell you, I'm a hand full to put up with and this straight ally seriously doesn't judge or make me feel uncomfortable (which is amazing). As a gay man, many of us worry about the chemistry/vibe of interactions with our heterosexual counterparts whether it's at the barbershop, gym or bar but, there's no worry when training with this guy! I mean he's not gonna sing "I'm coming out" with you but he'll definitely provide many laughs! As far as working out is concerned, his workouts will kick your ass! He's very observant to see how far you can go and will encourage you to go further. I highly recommend him whether you're gay, straight, black or white, crazy or sane :-) I immediately booked a package with him after our 1st sesssion because I enjoying working out with him! But I have to say, as much as I rave about him, he did tell me to consider weight watchers and I almost hit him with my shoe haha. But I'm sure it probably it would be smart choice but I refuse to count points or calories haha. Book him are my final words for this review:-)
I just started my training with Rob and am very impressed with his professionalism and his commitment to his clients. I believe this will be a very positive experience for me and I am happy to have found someone so excellent to help me "shape up!"
I had two separate 25 training session packages with Trainer Chris Langsdorf and I loved every bit of it. Saw legitimate results right away and always pushed me to take my work outs further and kept me motivated through each session. I also learned a bunch of new exercises I didn't know and wouldn't normally have done. To top it off, in between sets, we laughed, traded jokes, talked life - I got not only a trainer, but a friend out of it too.
I had not exercised in in a few years and know from experience that I would hurt myself if I did not have a professional at my side. Kelly taught me more about building my strength than I have ever known. I also learned many exercises that are easy to do at home. I'm stronger and much more confident that I can continue to build a program without hurting myself now. We definitely achieved some goals for me. Kelly was easy to work with and fun. She'd be great for any level of fitness training. Thanks Kelly!
Kevin is a great coach. Easy to reach and very accommodating with scheduling. My sessions with him focused on improving my posture and mobility, with a mix of weight and cardio exercises. He constantly assesses my movements and forms and arranges workouts to work on my weak points. I felt much more mobile after two months of training, and my shoulder/neck and lower back pains are much better these days. My physical exam results also improved a ton during this time (blood pressure back down to normal range from borderline hypertension, and cholesterol numbers have also improved). It's a great personal training experience at a very reasonable price. I would absolutely continue training with him if I weren't moving away.

He asked me what I was looking to get out of one on one training. 10 minutes later, an appointment was scheduled for several days later and we have been training together ever since.
Valerie Graham is the best thing that happened in my life. I have been training with her for 3 years. Her training style is incredible. She has a great passion for fitness and is superb at what she does. A trainer who listens and makes you feel you are heard and handles you with great empathy and compassion. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible and effective and also very kind and just a joy to be around! Every time I workout with her, it feels like its the first time all over again, that is the kind of dedication she offers. She plays several roles - a great motivator , a counselor , a friend, a confidant, a goal setter and the list can go on. But who ever has the opportunity to have her in their lives for sure will be blessed with good health and fitness. She's one of a kind ! Go get her people ..that would be the best decision of you life , trust me !!!
I have had the best experience training with Dwayne. He is able to motivate me like no other trainer I’ve ever had before. He always keeps the workouts fun and exciting that I never get bored. Love that he incorporates boxing and self defense into my workouts!!
