Latest Review: Taking classes at my local gym 6 days a week (sometimes twice a day) played an integral part in my dramatic weight loss of over 100 lbs, and I continue to rely on these classes to maintain my weight loss. However, after losing all the weight, I was left with flabby, albeit slim, arms that I wasn't exactly proud to show off! The results are definitely visible as my upper arms have not only toned up with only a little flab left, but I now also have muscle definition, something I never thought I would have in a million years!!! Aside from building much needed muscle, my body also feels stronger as I've increased my endurance.

Don't let your busy schedule or demanding lifestyle interfere with your health; Keri is very flexible and will work around it to custom-create a regimen that fits your needs.
