We worked with Katherine Fonsella from DeCicco events and cuisine and she was WONDERFUL. We were planning a pre-wedding dinner for about 100 people in the Tarrytown area, but we live in Northern California. We did not know any venues or caterers or suppliers. Katherine helped us find a great, unusual loft venue, arranged all the decor, tables, lighting, and set up the catering from DeCiccos. The staff were excellent, the food was very good, everything went off perfectly. We are so appreciative of all that Katherine did to make our event wonderful!
Don't think twice about hiring Ana, just do it!!!! I hired Ana and her company to help decorate my wedding and let me tell you she exceeded my expectations!!! My centerpieces, bouquet and all flower arrangements were GORGEOUS!!! Everyone loved the arrangements, so elegant and classy. Thank you Ana l know I bugged you so much but you were patient and understanding of my every request. Can wait to hire you again for my baby shower!!!

Live Balloons Party Entertainment was a pleasure to work with ! Eric was fantastic with the children and every child left with a smile on his or her face. The centerpieces he made were so creative and original ! We've also used him for bridal and baby showers and a baby reveal party! Marianna and her assistant were present at my wedding on October 16th at Princess Manor in Brooklyn. From many months before the wedding, Marianna has been on top of things. She had an excellent way of keep everyone calm and engaged in the wedding experience. Very pleasant. I would definitely recommend her for many more events.
We seriously cannot thank Tina and Erica enough for all they did to make our wedding perfect! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was attended to and the way we wanted it. From cleaning up my hotel room for the photographers while I was getting my hair and makeup done to bustling my annoying train for the 25th time, Tina and Erica anticipated my every need, and were 10 steps ahead of me at all times. They even braved the sub-zero wind chill to drive me around and fluff my dress for my outdoor photo shoot during one of the coldest New Year’s Eves on record!! They played such a huge part in making the day a success, and I can’t imagine not having them there. They are not only the ultimate professionals, but are also so friendly, caring, and warm. In the days leading up to our wedding, Tina was such a calming force, and helped me deal with all the inevitable last minute crises while providing much needed emotional support. Hiring Tina and Erica from ATP events for our wedding coordinators was BY FAR the best decision we ever made, and my only regret is that we didn’t have them for the entire planning process! My parents and my entire bridal party raved about them the entire day. I would most highly recommend them, and all my family and friends will for sure be using Tina and Erica for their future events!!!

I could not have been more impressed by Sheetal. She is incredibly professional, talented and hardworking. I have never encountered anything like the amazing balloon creations that she made for my daughter's Halloween party and all of my guests were in awe. She has amazingly creative ideas and can bring any inspiration to life. While her balloon talent is unreal, she also assembled a beautiful fabric backdrop/focal wall and a printed sign - she does it all! She spent so much time planning the details with me and even created a portfolio proposal with an array of options for me to choose from. She staked out my venue and liaised directly with their team so that everything would be planned meticulously in advance and perfectly executed (no last minute surprises!). She even helped me to select party supplies so that everything would be coordinated. On top of being extremely talented and professional, Sheetal could not be more sweet. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I am trying to think of another party to throw just so I can hire her again! I very highly recommend Sheetal for any event!!!

Agnes is the best. She is very hardworking, humble , passionate about the work she does and full of innovative ideas when it comes to event decor. Me and my wife were looking for decorator for long time for her baby shower event. We were looking for someone who treat the event like if it was their own.We probably met 10 different event decorators before we met Agnes . Almost all of the decorator we met before Agnes had no new ideas and very expensive respect to what our ask was. They would all show us the booklet and ask us to choose any one of the theme which is what we hated the most. Event like baby shower comes only once in life and we wanted to make it memorable for our lifetime and it had to be unique. Agnes on the other hand is completely different with great positive energy. She listened to us on our first meeting and she virtually showed us on how she can make our dreams in to reality. She was full of unique and beautiful ideas. we decided to let her handle our event decor right on first meeting. She just didn't stop there. She came up with more unique ideas along the way and even surprised us with more on the day of baby shower. All most all of the guest that we had complemented about the decor. I personally cared more that she put a big smile of the face of my wife. Me and My wife were very happy with her work and wouldn't hesitate to trust her for any of our other event.

I could not have been happier with the decorations for my wedding. I didn't say much more than that I wanted to feel like I was in an enchanted forest and she nailed it! She also created the most magical chuppah ever created. Vennissa was kind, warm, easy to work with, and willing to creat last minute additions. All my friends and family are telling me how beautiful my wedding was and I can thank Vennissa for that!
My fiance and I used Distinctive Visions event Management to take care of our wedding invitations and the service was nothing short of wonderful. I wasn’t entirely sure where I wanted to go with the style for them (we have 6 different colors in the wedding), but Nya was patient and helped lead us in the right direction. I am very happy with the final product, and we didn’t have to do anything except mail them! She worked hard to stay under our budget and was still able to deliver the perfect invitations. I will definitely use Distinctive Visions again in the future for more than just invitations.
Veronica did a good Job as our day of coordinator! She was very professional as was her team. She helped me make a precise itinerary for the day of ! My Indian wedding included three events the day of each event had their intricacies and I am a very organized person. However I knew I couldn't handle every single detail especially the day of. In order for me to enjoy my wedding Veronica stepped in to help organize my bridal party and also helped organize my family members in order to make the day successful. We had multiple vendors, she helped organize and keep each on track by reviewing the contracts. Our vendors were also great too. Veronica is ensured we recieved what we paid for. Veronica was easy to contact and always answered quickly. She took great notes about the day and attended the rehearsal. I did wish I asked for more people to come from her staff because my wedding was very large with a lot of events. Overall I thought it was a great success. 4.5/5 stars! I will recommend her and her staff to future brides :)
Lamide (Soar weddings) did an absolutely incredible job with the set-up and breakdown of my wedding on 6/2/2018. We hired Lamide to come in and set up all of our decorations prior to the wedding, and then to come back after the reception ended and pack everything back up at the end. She even went as far as to deliver all of our items back to us at the hotel afterwards and help load them into our car, which made the night so much simpler for us! We provided Lamide with all of the decorations and flowers to be set up and gave a very rough idea of what we wanted it to look like, and just let her use her best judgement for how to set everything up. Everything looked absolutely amazing - so much better than we could have imagined, and we got compliments all night on how beautiful everything looked! Throughout the communication process, Lamide was by far the most responsive of the vendors that we hired. She would respond to emails very quickly, and even wanted to meet beforehand just to make sure she had everything she needed for the day of. Everything worked out so much better than we could have hoped, and I would highly recommend using Soar weddings for your big event!

It is without hesitation that I can recommend Debra Lamazon as an event planner and decorator. I have used her to plan three very different events for me. After the initial event, my 21st wedding anniversary, I knew that no other planner or decorated can come close to topping what she produced from absolutely nothing so therefore, she will get the opportunity to plan all of my future events. First I must let you know that Debra was recommended to me by my daughter to plan our 21st wedding anniversary. The hall we rented was not the best, it is a multi purpose hall and is used as a church, a soup kitchen, a senior center, and an after school program...you could just imagine what the place looked like. I met with Debra and told her my budget and what I dreamed of having. Well, I was totally amazed with the transformation of the hall. Words cannot describe how Debra transformed that hall. My guest were totally in awe of her work. With Debra's keen eye for decor and her unique sense of planning and coordinating, she can make any dream possible. I have used Debra service for my son's high school graduation celebration, as well as my older son's baby shower. I have recommended her service to anyone that have asked me and will continue to do so again, and again. With every event she brings a unique style and flavor, I really don't know where she gets this talent from. But she is definitely a natural and truly loves what she does. Her patience and calming manner is very reassuring in very stressed situations. Debra, thank you for all that you have done for me an my family to make our events the "talk of the town" it also made us feel like we were millionaires if only for one day. Thank you.
I asked Kaysie to be my day-of wedding coordinator about a week before my big day and it was the best decision I made! Kaysie is sweet, adorable and very professional. She went over all of the timeline details I didn't think of beforehand and then made laminated copies! She gave a copy to my MOH as well and called all of my vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. She was always there that day helping me with my pain in the butt dress, getting me a drink, gathering friends for pictures and even helping and assisting my bridal party. She eased my worries for the stuff I shouldn't have to think about so I could focus on bigger things - like getting married :-) Thanks Kays!
