My name is Jerry Greenspon and I used Charles Collins for architect work for the planned new addition to my residence. First, I found him to be a nice guy and pleasant to work with. His price was about half the price from another local architect. Turns out he provided a lot of information and guidence to me. Along the way of arranging the subcontractors, he offered a lot of suggestions and the information was very valuable to me as it gave me more insight into the overall project. His assistance in providing the required information to the township for getting permits probably saved me a lot of money as well. I would strongly recommend his services to anyone.
Most Architects I worked with in the past take long time to finish the job. Amy was on top of it from the beginning. I needed good quality and time was of the essence. The job was done in timely manner.
Ms. Freda was very professional & patient with someone that has no knowledge of what the drawing entailed. She is very knowledgeable regarding her work. I would highly recommend Voulgaris Design & Planning Assoc. Inc. to anyone needs a architect. Thanks
Incredibly visionary architect and designer that is down to earth, practical, and great to work with.
Could not have asked for a better person to work with. Sue worked very diligently and fast. Sue is very smart and intuitive. Great choice for anybody who is looking to work with a great and caring architect.
Matthew has been our "business" architect for over 15 years and now that we are building our own dream house he has free reins to use his amazing creativity. Matthew doesn't just hand you a set of creative and detailed drawings...he follows you through the end. Always advising and helping with making changes or creating new and amazing structures and designs. His mind is so full of "stuff" !!!Matthew takes every job personally as if he was creating for his own family....and he listens to what you need!!!!
This was the first time I had to use an architect for a residential addition. I was not sure what to expect. My friend recommended Oscar (OMJ Design). First I must say that he and his staff were very professional. They explained the construction process in detail. I know that I must of ask them more than 1,000,000 questions but they were happy to answer them. If you are thinking of hiring him, don't think twice. You won't regret it. I would definitely use them again.
I own a three family residence in Staten Island. I had violations on my property from a previous owner that i would literally loose sleep over. In order to dismiss these violations, i had to legalize my Certificate of Occupancy. I was miraculously referred to them by a colleague of mine. Calling Morali Architects was the best thing i did. Withing a year, i had no more violations and an amended Certificate of Occupancy. They obtained my city approval fast and were extremely responsive and customer friendly. They also gave us design tips for our interior layout and fixtures to improve the quality of my property. I would highly recommend Morali for any property owner.
A few weeks ago, I had the privilege of meeting Daniel after he promptly replied to my search for an Architect, where we briefly discussed what service I needed, and the price range for that service. We then schedule a meeting in person at a cafe in my neighborhood which made things very convenient for me. He showed up on time having done the research and getting himself familiar with the uniqueness of my project, which put me to ease, and I knew then that I was dealing with a serious person and a true professional. We spent a couple hours getting the specifics and at the end of our meeting we decided that we would work together. He emailed me a few times to get more information, and just a few days after our first meeting he had emailed me three different propositions. We worked on a few alterations to the proposed schematic I chose. Just like that we had created the home that would fulfill all my needs and most importantly a home that made me happy and proud of. Daniel is very passionate about his work, he is very invested in his creations, and he has exceeded all my expectations. He is easy to work with and has great communication skills, he is patient and very professional, I certainly would recommend him to family and friends.
Very professional and well manered, puntual and fair with the cost. Will hire again next time I have another project. Best of luck to Mr. Glickman.
Abraham Bloch was very attentive to the needs of the project and delivered before time the due date of completion. Abraham and his team worked professionally and I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone.
Experience was good.
Wow, where do I begin.. so we met Gary back in the spring of 2013 when he renovated our house in Brooklyn. He came highly recommended by my uncle Frank (a very hard man to please), so I knew he was the right guy to hire. After doing an amazing job on that project (a major renovation with a crumbling house built in 1911) and numerous small projects, we hired his company to build us a house from scratch. Being that Gary is also a licensed real estate broker, the whole process was made easy from finding a piece of land to selling our existing house, to setting us up with a great architect (thank you Peter Calvanico) and so on. From the day we broke ground to completion (except landscaping), he had us in our new house in just under 10 weeks! I can't tell you how happy we are with the finished product, thanks to all the great design ideas Gary gave me (thank goodness because I can never make a decision.. lol). It still hasn't sunk in that this is my home.. i'm in love! Thank you Gary, Louis, Anthony, and the rest of the crew for all of your hard work! P.S. you were right about adding all of the extra trim work.. it really makes the house pop!
