Omgggg… that is all I can get out.. this was the best personal chef experience that I have ever had.. better then a five star resort.. he engages he delivers and he Executes the most wonderful experience.. KG came through in the clutch.. last min he found out there was no kitchen or grill in my location but somehow he pulled of a three course meal without even sweating.. And his food….. taste like it should be being prepared in a fine dining restaurant with 5 star reviews.. I would rather have chef KG cook for me any day then to waste my money in a restaurant.. I recently went to a well established steak house and they couldn’t even get my steak right but chef KG got it right and made it special order.. I can go on and on but just know if you want a world class experience book chef KG AND U WONT BE DISAPPOINTED I PROMISE…

Chef KG was outstanding. He created an excellent Asian themed birthday meal from pot stickers to lettuce wraps to Korean beef and sea bass. All wonderful! He was very responsive to me during the entire process and met any dietary requests. The food was fantastic. A highly enjoyable experience and evening! Thank you Chef!

Kenny was the perfect chef for my friend’s bachelorette dinner for 16 people! He worked with us seamlessly ahead of time to put together the menu and took into account all dietary restrictions, allergies and budget. He went above and beyond with the amount of food provided and the quality of food. The meal was absolutely delicious! His energy and enthusiasm helped to make the night even more enjoyable and I can’t recommend working with him more!

My only regret is that I didn't find this man sooner. Chef Kenneth is not only an amazing Chef but a most amazing human being. He cooks with passion, soul, and love...which all come shining through on the plate. I hired him to serve an intimate dinner for me and three other family members and he did not disappoint. Among other things, he cooked THEEE BEST rib eye steak anyone at my table ever had...EVER. Thank you, Chef Ken. You are one helluva a chef!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Most of my new clients come from referrals, or someone who was at an event that I produced. It’s important for me to learn what’s important to you. Obviously taste, but it goes beyond that. Dietary restrictions, cost, timeframes, and most importantly, how do you want your guests to ‘see’ you. I believe in tons of communication so the end result is better than you imagined.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was born to cook. I used to watch my Grandmother in North Carolina prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. She would fuss over tables of produce in order to get the freshest product, fish off the pier for lunch, and go crabbing for dinner, The care she would put into food preparation was truly inspirational. That, is the time, effort, care and respect I put into every meal I create.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I’ve worked with clients from all walks of life. I’ve done several children’s birthday parties where I produce hand made pizza dough and the kids ‘customize’ their own pizza by saucing, and topping them. You can only imagine the creativity these kids possessed. I’ve done projects with college students, on a very limited budget, from backyard BBQs, to Crawfish boils. I have also catered to high end clients, like members from the New York Giants Football team. Tomahawk Ribeyes and smoked Lobster Tails. Delicious! I’ve addressed multiple dietary restrictions, (my daughter is severely allergic to peanuts) and numerous international cuisines, from Asian, Italian, Southern, Down Home BBQ, American, etc. I have the flexibility to work with clients who have booked me for the same day, and clients that want to plan out their experience over the course of a few months. My end goal is to have you book me again.
