Healthy Journey with Julia
Julia Grueskin teaches plant-based cooking and baking, yoga, and art for kids, teens, and families. She helps empower people to integrate new delicious and nutritious recipes into their diets while being creative and playful at the same time.
One of my favorite projects was cooking for a yoga retreat last fall. There were about 60 yogis gathered at a beautiful retreat center for the weekend, and they were all so grateful and interested in the meals that we prepared for them throughout.
Julia finds joy in preparing food as well as in teaching people to eat and cook healthily. She shares great food ideas and techniques that you can use on your own as she aspires for each of her clients to integrate them into their daily routine.
