Great gym with excellent vibe. Affordable. The trainers are welcoming, encouraging, and challenging for beginners and seasoned gym-goers alike. A wonderful variety of classes promises good cross-training and never a dull moment. From hot yoga to core sculpt to barre classes in the hot room as well as cardio classes in the form of step, move (dance), Shock (martial arts moves), chaos and burn (a mix); or muscle/weight classes in the form of body pump, intensity, kettle bells, or booty; in addition to boxing classes and ones using the gym rings that hang from the ceiling...there is something for everyone and I recommend trying them all to find your best fit and once you do, change it up! Private training is also excellent here for those with specific needs. Love this place and its people.
