- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am willing to give a discount if there are more than two people per session. $50 for two at a time. Sign up for three lesson a week or more, 10 lessons $377.58, $35 per hour plus tax.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
*Getting to know my clients needs and goals. *Having a question and answer session to set up the best program for you. *We find out what makes them motivated and what type of activity makes them happy. *We have a assessment right away to see where your strengths and weakness are. *Tape measurement because muscle weighs more than fat and we need to see the fat burn off by measuring. *Picture taking before and after program. *After a month of relative body weight exercises and low impact aerobics (walking, stationary bicycle, etc.) then gradually add weights.
