Introduction: I'm bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. I have a wealth of experience in the areas of weight loss , nutrition ,strength training ,conditioning , speed and agility. My background includes more than 10 years of mix martial arts such of muay thai boxing,Brazilian Jui-jitsu and currently working on Sports nutrition specialist certification. I'm very passionate about teaching, showing my clients how to work out properly and get the most out of exercising without injuring themselves. Seeing successful outcomes and changing lives. It is rewarding when I see the progress that my clients make and the positive life altering experiences that they have. Though getting in shape or meeting fitness goals can be challenging on many levels, when I work with clients and we address all aspects of training, be they mental or physical, often great things happen and that is always wonderful to see.

Training with Jose Garcia has changed my life! When I began with him I was almost 300lbs, on medication for hypertension, had high cholesterol, and a bad knee among other limitations. Within months my doctor started taking me off medications and I was amazed by how much healthier and stronger I had become. With his guidance, knowledge, expertise and patience I have lost over 100lbs and am in better shape in my forties, then I was in my twenties. I also appreciate that I am learning Muay Thai from a two time Champion. I would highly recommend Jose Garcia for anyone looking to lose weight, get fit, and build strength. He is also very professional and scheduling was never an issue.

I am doing personal fitness training with Jose Garcia going. He is amazing. I know that he's passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly. If you need special accommodations such as being a senior, he will definitely work with you. He is more than happy to teach you for those who want to learn and encourages you to raise your bar. With the high level and deep respect, he is of top quality. As a trainer, he does have you work on your core with abs. He does rotates exercises for strength, agility/speed, and endurance with using exercises such as V-ups, resistance bands, ladders, steppers, and light weight balls (4 lbs, 6 lbs, etc.). I think he does go above and beyond and his level of service comes from his knowledge, experience, and outgoing personality.

I have been working out with Jose for about 2 years and highly recommend his services. He is very knowledgeable of many different types of exercise and martial arts training. He is very motivating and gets results, not just from the workouts alone, but also through his personality. He is the first trainer I have met that truly cares about each individual he teaches. Even if you're in a class with other people, he makes the effort to personalize the training for each person and guarantees that everyone gets something out of it. If you're looking for a caring, but tough personal trainer, you will not find a better one.

I have been training with Jose Garcia for about a year. He has helped me get into a good workout regimen. He works within my limitations and abilities, but pushes me to excel. Jose is professional and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to fitness and has assisted me with numerous other areas including diet and nutrition. I would highly recommend Jose Garcia as a personal trainer.

As a senior I have some medical issues and unique needs and Jose Garcia has designed a program to address each one. He is compassionate and genuine and is unlike any other personal trainer I have worked with in my life. I appreciate his knowledge and experience. My doctors have told me that I need to doing what I'm doing because results are positive. I encourage anyone, of any age, looking for a personal trainer to contact Jose Garcia. You won't regret it.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Because my personal training is customized, pricing will greatly depend on individual fitness goals, the client’s schedule and budget, and other details such as the location of training and equipment needed. Contact me to discuss pricing and options. Together we will make an arrangement that will put you on an immediate path to success! Generally the training cost is $50 each session with a minimum of 4 private sessions. Sessions are prepaid and must be completed within 30 days unless ill with a doctor's note . Cancellation fees may apply unless 24 hrs notification is given to trainer. the schedule sessions are expected to be done within the calendar month and sessions do not roll over unless due to an emergency or illness

    I pride myself on my ability to establish routines which account for individual differences. No two clients are alike. I believe in maximizing strengths and overcoming weaknesses. When I work with clients I hope they are feeling healthier and more hopeful. I am flexible and am known to be accommodating.
