- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Again like I said I would love to be able to see the job but some of the jobs/trades we do we can give a hourly rate and if you have any questions PLEASE CALL ME it’s easier to talk about a project than it is to text it out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to be able to see the job first but that’s not always necessary if you can call me first so I can get a better idea what you want done I can give you a fair price and that’s what I aim to do is be fair to you and you be fair to me. I just want to keep all my employees busy and us all have a great days work for a great days pay🤗🤗
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Horticulture degree and have been doing every kind of trade for 20+ years. Never scared to get not just my hands dirty I’m ready to work and so are my employees. I tell them up front I will pay you what you are worth, you stay busy no on the phone mess or acting silly then you’re paycheck will reflect it. I split all my tips with them so I can keep them motivated to continue to work hard!!
