Dustin does a good job picking out exercises he knows will work for you..additionally , he will talk to you about nutrition .. eating properly to get the most benefit out of training . Remember , personal trainers can only do so much. You must add input as well , ask dustin at times if your firm is right . If not, he will show you the right for so u get the best out of your sessions with him . Dustin is a very laid back guy, but he does care to help you help yourself to get in the best possible shape. I highly recommend dustin ad I have been training with him over a year on top of my own training. I've list 60 pounds and have packed on alot of muscle.
I've been training with Devan for about 3 months and let me just say I truly couldn't be happier. He is knowledgeable, motivating and is one of the best trainers in the industry. I don't always like him but man does he get you results. He is really good at pushing you but also learning and understanding your limits. Some how he knows when you can't do something and when you won't do something. I don't know if it's because of all his experience or if it's freaking magic or what but I feel very confident every time we workout that I'm getting the best possible workout with out risking injury. He works with people of all ages and sizes and he will custom tailor a plan (meal and workout) specifically for your goals. Whether it's wanting to just lose weight, rebound from having a baby or become a power lifter he can get you there. Its so true when they say its 80% diet and 20% exercise. I was working out 5-6 days a week, but somehow wasnt getting the optimal results I had hoped to achieve. Marc is awesome. He stayed on me, even when I was wavering with my crazy schedule. I liked that instead of telling me "buy this" and "eat this", he made small changes to my current diet over time that added up fast. I have been training with Matt from Sin City Training for just over three months now. In that time I have lost 25 lbs. and approximately 10.5% body fat. Matt not only works with you in the gym but emphasizes proper nutrition as well. In addition to introducing me to My Fitness Pal, Matt has developed various meal plans and healthy recipes for me. I have started workout routines several times in the past only to quit weeks or months later. I have never achieved the results that I have so far, in other workout programs/diets. Extraordinary Trainers is not just a name of their group it describes each and every one of them. I have been training with Max Jones for over a year, and have had fantastic results. I am stronger, faster, have met and passed personal records, and on my way to a body I always wished I had. Max makes every workout specific to my needs and my goals. I think the one thing I like the best about training with Max and the Extraordinary Trainers is I never know what to expect each day. We don't just make rounds in the gym using the same machines. I met Max after I had already lost around 60 pounds. I may have lost weight on my own, but I was not as strong as I wanted to be. I now feel like an athlete. My confidence to take on athletic challenges has improved significantly. I am doing things in the gym that I would have never imagined doing. In the last year training with Max and Extraordinary Trainers I have run 3 half marathons, and now training for a triathlon. While training with Max he noticed that I had a left lateral hip deviation while in the downward phase of squatting. This is when I realized what a different type of group the Extraordinary Trainers were. Each and every one of them has worked with me to figure out different ways to correct my hip discrepancy. They have all taken their personal time to come and help me at the gym. That shows what professionals they are and how serious they take their career. When I have reached plateaus during weight loss they have all worked together to help me out, and figure out ways to break through the plateaus. Their certified dietician Dan Howell has also taken time to review my food journals, and find any tweaks he can see necessary to keep me on track with weight loss along with the proper nutrition I need for training. I have recently started going to Nancy Dickinson's swim clinics, and in 5 weeks I have gone from a casual/leisure style swimmer to being able to swim laps with a much improved technique. Nancy has a way of teaching swim that has really connected with me, and made me found a new love in swimming I never knew I had. Most of my time might be spent with Max and now some with Nancy while swimming, but I really feel as if I am training with an entire team of elite athletes and trainers.
The food connection dietitian I was schedule with was so helpful. i have been struggling with my weight for some time. There is so much basic information that I didn't know that really helped. No fad diets. I also never knew there was a difference between a registered dietitian and a nutritionist. Now I know that I would only ever want a dietitian. Anyone can be a nutritionist but you have to go to school and have a license to be a dietitian.
He knows how to keep you motivated and he tailored the workout to meet my goals and be fun! Saturday morning labs are a great way to get a full body workout with a great group of people and are good for persons of any fitness level. This has been the most motivated and excited I have been to work out ever.
I definitely recommend Roxanne. She is wonderful to work with! She's very knowledgeable about nutrition & personal training. She has shared info for carbohydrate cycling, tips for best times to work out, best foods for weightless, etc. Patience is a virtue she possesses in helping me get fit & stay focused on my health plan!

Steve Greene has been my personal trainer/life coach for four years. As a baby boomer that is basically a couch potato, I have found him to be a guiding light in my fitness routine. I couldn't be more luckier to find such a down to earth, sweet, enthusiastic trainer and friend who kept me so fit and worked hard at each training session we had leading to my wedding. I've talked with several nutritionist. Morgan is very thorough and will give you as much help as you want. He is very knowledgeable, very flexible and really accessible. Ive hired other nutritionists and they ask a couple basic questions and give you a plan. Morgan has you log everything you are eating, what time you wake up and go to bed, how long you are working out, what was your calorie burn, how do you feel, what are your goals.... He then looks over it for a week or two and THEN makes your plan. So it's not a generic plan. It's very personalized. He has checked up on me several times and always is quick to get back to me regarding any questions. I highly recommend him:)
I am extremelly happy that I attended Chef Sharynne's course on the fundamentals of raw food. She really helped me understand the basics and gave me the confidence to make the right choices when it comes to food. Her patience introducing raw food and her extensive knowledge on preparing different dishes made it very easy and comfortable environment.
