It’s Dustin’s dedication, evident in the reviews and posts, that made me choose him as my personal trainer – and I don’t regret that decision. If you commit to the exercise regimen and meal plan, you’ll see results. I lost 13 pounds in about three weeks. Dustin changes up the exercises to prevent boredom, and his sense of humor adds levity to the sessions. I never thought I’d actually *enjoy* exercise, but I do, even on the days when I don’t see him. I've been training with Devan for about 3 months and let me just say I truly couldn't be happier. He is knowledgeable, motivating and is one of the best trainers in the industry. I don't always like him but man does he get you results. He is really good at pushing you but also learning and understanding your limits. Some how he knows when you can't do something and when you won't do something. I don't know if it's because of all his experience or if it's freaking magic or what but I feel very confident every time we workout that I'm getting the best possible workout with out risking injury. He works with people of all ages and sizes and he will custom tailor a plan (meal and workout) specifically for your goals. Whether it's wanting to just lose weight, rebound from having a baby or become a power lifter he can get you there. I highly recommend Devan and I'm looking forward to continuing my personal journey with his guidance.
CC is wonderful! She has helped me readjust the way is see food. She has really helped me understand what types of toxins are in our food and how to eat clean. She is very knowledgable in both nutrition and exercise. I am excited to continue to work with her!
Gev helped me to lose 60 LBS in the two months we were working together. He is knowledgeable and passionate about what he does, and really cares about his clients. He was more then just a Drill Sargent barking orders, he carefully watched and pushed me just to where I needed to be without hurting myself, he knew when I had more to give when I was ready to quite, he said the right things at the right times to keep me going. I started my journey with him at 315 lbs and when we stopped I was at 255 lbs. I am now under 250 lbs for the first time in over 10 years, he gave me tools that I will continue to use through out the rest of my life, which now, thanks to him, will be much longer. The only critique that I would have is he was on average 5 to 10 minutes late to every one of our meetings, though to be fair he was traveling a substantial distance to meet me where it worked best for me. He earned this 5 star rating, you will be hard pressed to find someone better.
I would like to recommend Andrew Avanessian as a great choice for a personal trainer. His dedication to fitness and health shows. He takes his job seriously, Andrew has custom tailored a workout program that works for me and my goals. I have gained so much strength and a fair amount size in a rather short period of time. His knowledge of nutrition and training has been a huge help for me. Andrew also has an easy going non-judgmental personality, he is there to help YOU! I work personally with Steven Claudio. His reccomondations in regards to nutrition and protein suppliments for working out are outstanding. He focused on cross training and complex workouts with me so that i worked all muscle groups, not just concentrated muscle groups. I have dropped body fat to 14% and am now squating twice my body weight!
He knows how to keep you motivated and he tailored the workout to meet my goals and be fun! Saturday morning labs are a great way to get a full body workout with a great group of people and are good for persons of any fitness level. This has been the most motivated and excited I have been to work out ever.
Marc is awesome. He stayed on me, even when I was wavering with my crazy schedule. I liked that instead of telling me "buy this" and "eat this", he made small changes to my current diet over time that added up fast. This made it so much easier to implement eating healthy into my life both during my time with Marc and after. He's patient but direct, which was perfect for me. I lost ~18 pounds during my two months of having Marc as my nutritionist. I would very highly recommend him to any of my family or friends!
Steve Greene has been my personal trainer/life coach for four years. As a baby boomer that is basically a couch potato, I have found him to be a guiding light in my fitness routine. Knowing I have to be there helps motivate me, plus Steves winning personality makes the sessions a lot of fun and they go by quickly. As a result, I have been diligent in going and I have seen results in my fitness level, bone density, and weight loss. Having been with other trainers, I highly recommend Steve as he is very knowledgeable in what he does and tailors the routine to the individual, young or older, always taking care to position you correctly so that injuries do not occur.

I met Alyssa October 2014,6-7 months before my wedding. I couldn't be more luckier to find such a down to earth, sweet, enthusiastic trainer and friend who kept me so fit and worked hard at each training session we had leading to my wedding. I loved spending time working out with her and going home sore to the core after each session. She is personable and very experienced and will tailor the workouts to your needs and capabilities. I highly recommend her if you want to get in shape and get fit!
The food connection dietitian I was schedule with was so helpful. i have been struggling with my weight for some time. There is so much basic information that I didn't know that really helped. No fad diets. I also never knew there was a difference between a registered dietitian and a nutritionist. Now I know that I would only ever want a dietitian. Anyone can be a nutritionist but you have to go to school and have a license to be a dietitian.

Great results!!! I trained with Matt to get in shape for my wedding. He was very helpful in recommending proper nutrition and his workouts really helped me to tone up and fit perfectly into my wedding dress. During that time, he helped me to lose about 7 pounds for my wedding. All my friends and family gave me a ton of compliments on the shape I was in and it was definitely because of Matt's help. He held me accountable for my diet and knew the right workouts to get the results I wanted. He's great!

I've talked with several nutritionist. Morgan is very thorough and will give you as much help as you want. He is very knowledgeable, very flexible and really accessible. Ive hired other nutritionists and they ask a couple basic questions and give you a plan. Morgan has you log everything you are eating, what time you wake up and go to bed, how long you are working out, what was your calorie burn, how do you feel, what are your goals.... He then looks over it for a week or two and THEN makes your plan. So it's not a generic plan. It's very personalized. He has checked up on me several times and always is quick to get back to me regarding any questions. I highly recommend him:)
I am extremelly happy that I attended Chef Sharynne's course on the fundamentals of raw food. She really helped me understand the basics and gave me the confidence to make the right choices when it comes to food. Her patience introducing raw food and her extensive knowledge on preparing different dishes made it very easy and comfortable environment.
