We have a home aquarium that was in need of some attention. Grant was able to get our 55 gallon tank cleaned within 2 days of me calling. We were impressed from the beginning when he let our fish, Montey, stay hidden in one of his logs, while the tank was cleaned, so Montey was less stressed during the process. Grant brought treated water with him as well and did a fabulous job making our tank look brand new! I'd recommend Grant and Heart of the Ocean to everyone! We have finally found our go-to guy for our home aquarium!!

I was having issues with a cloudy green tank. Heart of the Ocean LV did a fantastic job cleaning my tank. Very professional, clean and quiet. I was working from home and i couldn't even tell he was there, except for the sparkly clean tank. Oh and the price was great too.

Grant came by and we talked about my new 20 gal tank, and I decided to upgrade to a 36 gal. Grant was so accommodating to recommend and then, as I went to the store, he came back later the same day and got things done!! I was very impressed!! What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I like to meet with the client one on one, to talk about what they are looking for and their goals for the aquarium. Soon after that, we start locking the details down. Next comes the water!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of education and training. Everything from my own personal experience to on the job training.
