Set an appointment for dog door to be installed, and reached out to me on the day of for the address to complete the work. Then I never saw or heard from him again. Our appointment time came and went. Messaged me 5 days later saying there was a sudden emergency and asking if I still wanted work done. And now requests a review… weird.

3 STARS. I hired them to install a dog door for my mom. He responded very quickly and was able to go to the location right away. He charged my mom $230 for an hour of work without communicating that to us prior. The invoice said "3 hours handman" but he was only there for one hour. He removed an electrical outlet and cut 2 wires at the same time, closing the circuit and popping the breaker. He didnt not reset the breaker and 5 hours later my mom realized that her fridge wasn't getting power. I'm not confident that the outlet was correctly removed.

I'm so happy got the right person to do the job. He's friendly and respond quick to call and messages. My first time to hire a handyman and can't compare him to anyone but I think the quality of work is really good. Hired him to patch dog door and install wine cooler and 2 cabinets. The hardest part of this job is to remove all heavy, thick wood that support the granite so cabinets and wine cooler would fit underneath it and he did it very carefully. He also trim the heights of the cabinets and cleaned up the area each time. After 2 visits, job is finally done and I'm very satisfied how they look and charged me at a very reasonable rate. Thanks, Napollion! You'll be my handyman from now on.
