- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I do. I am certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a personal trainer and a Performance Enhancement Specialist. Furthermore, I went to college for Exercise Science and Nutrition.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Fitness has always been big in my life. In different stages of my life, it was different components of fitness. Finally, at this stage I have put all the components of fitness together. The 5 components are: cardiovascular, muscle strength, muscle endurance, flexibility and body composition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
3 steps to what I do. Train the client. Prescribe off day training for my client. And 3, I help the client make healthier food choices. We have a list for this that distinguishes food by tiers! It's a tangible!
