- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on square footage and the age of the home. An extra fee is added if the home as a pool, and if the home is older than 50 years.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll jot your information down and send a calendar invite to lock the time down. Then, we'll send a preinspection agreement. After that we'll inspect the home at the agreed upon time, we'll create a report, and review the report with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education and experience goes all the way back to the vocational program my Highschool had for Construction. I then got a Bachelor's in Construction Management from UNLV. I worked for some of the top home builders and General Contractors in Las Vegas and held titles such as "Senior Project Engineer" and "Land Development Manager".
