What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer complimentary consultations for all projects. Our staging packages range from $2,500 for smaller homes to $50,000+ for luxury estates. Every proposal is customized based on your property's unique needs. Minimum staging period is 30 days. We also offer flexible month-to-month extensions.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a complimentary consultation where we tour your property and discuss your goals. Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a detailed proposal with photos of recommended furniture and accessories. Once approved, we handle everything—delivery, installation, and styling. Most homes are fully staged within 3-5 business days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 30 years of combined real estate experience. Our lead designer holds an interior design degree from NYIA. We've been featured on HGTV shows including Flip the Strip, Sin City Rehab, The House My Talent Bought, and Ugliest House in America, and named Two-Time Best of Home Staging Las Vegas Winner. We also teach 3-hour continuing education classes for real estate professionals through the Nevada REALTORS association.
