There are 2 reasons my work stands out: 1. I'm not a "fitness" guy in terms of what most people think from the tv personalities. I don't spend 8 hours a day in the gym working out, and I don't shame clients into thinking they should be, too. I enjoy the benefits of a reasonable program and what it enables me to do. Training/nutrition change is just one part of your life, and you should only spend the minimum amount needed to get results so that you can enjoy the other great parts of life. 2. A professional is only as good as his team. I don't know everything, and anyone who tells you different is lying. I have a wonderful network of amazing people, from psychology backgrounds to 40+ years of experience coaching athletes. I rely on them often to help me help more people. If I am having a bad day, working puts me in a good mood. That's a pretty good indication I chose the right career.

Completely thrilled and so very happy! I am a 51 year old mother of 3 teenagers and have two labral hip tears. I have been going to physical therapy off and on for over a year. I was slowly giving up my own workouts due to the continued pain and thinking surgery was in my near future. I am so thankful I found Marc! He is very thorough and his attention to detail is amazing. His initial evaluation of my current fitness level, my mobility and stability level was impressive. His knowledge of the brain and how that ties into everything we do physical is refreshing! He is on the cutting edge of his field and I love that. Since training with Marc I have not had any hip pain! Marc has been great with everything. He is super knowledgeable and knows his trade very well. He gave me a diet that is flexible and works. He also gave me a workout routine and continues to update it frequently! He has been awesome and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to improve their lifestyle and get fit.

It's a new year & it's time for a new outlook on life. I got onboard of wanting to eat healthy & having a healthier life style. Marc is amazing he worked with me weekly trusting to figure out what is the best meal plan for me. & what would work with me schedule. I have been a professional and enthusiastic athlete for most of my 70 years. I have been coached up and trained by the best in the business. No one has out performed Marc. I trained with Marc for almost two years and made a complete comeback from an ankle fusion and a total hip replacement. My functional mobility and stability and overall health and fitness has never been better. Marc's attention to detail, his preparation, and daily, weekly, and monthly progressions have been astonishing. My core is solid. I can move effortlessly through a weighted Turkish getup, my dead lift and plank have never been as smooth and strong, and my K-Bell swings even impress me. I felt like moving to Las Vegas so that I could continue to train with him and continue my personal journey of athleticism and fitness. Bruce Parsons
