Introduction: Did you gain some unwanted pounds during the pandemic? Burn some calories with a heart pumping, soul-motivating workout session with yours truly! I’m an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer and have helped all walks of life since 2014.
No equipment needed, my workouts are in-person or via Zoom/FaceTime. I offer 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training but tailor my workouts to your goals. I also give you nutritional advice to get you closer to your fitness goals.

During the shelter in place, I took zoom personal training sessions with Obi. It turned out to be a great decision. Obi is an awesome trainer and loves what he does. His enthusiasm makes you forget the crazy things he’s having you do. He is very good at pushing and encouraging me all while ignoring the cuss words coming out of my mouth. Lol.

Obi is a great trainer he’s there 💯 for his clients. In the time I’ve known him I lost a incredible amount of weight and built muscle. He taught me to strengthen my core to avoid falling due to my multiple sclerosis.
