FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are 45 minutes in length. Extra Rates for travel may be required depending on distance from 89102 zip code. I do not provide gloves and handwraps for boxing training. You can get those at a local store such as 9 dragons fight shop or Rival boxing store on sunset. I can also send you Amazon links
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is highly tailored to what my client needs. In our first session, I will ask you a few questions then I asses my clients with movement screens and study their gait and posture. I then proceed to work on what needs the most attention. For instance, one of my new clients this year had very poor neck mobility and was suffering from pain. We immediately worked on our neck mobility with science based 'joint circles' called controlled articular rotations. She began to move her neck much better and relieved much pain. I will then proceed to guide you on a plan specific to your needs and priorities. Health and nutrition guidance as well as future goals are heavily discussed in our first meeting.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
