- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have based my fee on travel time, gym fees, and equipment costs. Discounts are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to get to know you and your reasons for taking a fitness class with me. I will structured my time with you based on your needs. We will start with a warm up before the hula hooping begins. I will kindly warn you that you WILL burn approximately 400 calories and that you WILL be sore (in a good way) tomorrow :) Hula Hooping for fitness is an extremely effective way to tone your body, bring up your energy and stay fit and strong!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a Hula Hooping professional my entire life as well as an acrobat/athlete. I am very familiar with health and fitness and would love to help shape you into a better YOU!
